Bet against the Don die by the sword.

So I follow the twitter account "Reddit lies" and he highlighted this guy Remote_Preference's account and I did some digging into and it's kind of a gold mine. His ENTIRE post history is just him screaming about MAGA putting people into death camps and how if you disagree with him you don't value your life. Most of these posts are in the Detroit subreddit btw what Donald Trump and imaginary death camps has to do with Detroit is beyond me.
Detroit is the murder capital of the United States of the America also anybody who lives in Detroit is subhuman

Honestly? based.
I'd have gone for at least some sort of stainless steel or stirling silver, personally, rather than "black plastic". Also, I'd rather have a 9070 XT than an nShitia 5090, given how nShitia's software department is currently breaking all their drivers so bad that I'm pretty sure they're staffed entirely by all the exact same tech 'jeets who made Radeon VII's drivers.

Oh yeah also, the 5090 will be hopelessly obsolete in ten years. What does that say about this marriage?

Are redditors by and large still firmly on the trans train? I know a lot of people jumped ship last year.
I'm seeing chinks in the troon armor over there.

It took longer than expected, but it's locked now.

Clipped for brevity:

Minus 5... that would have been INSANE a few months ago.

I think this one did try and say "Transwomen are men" based on the replies, but the spot it was in indicates it was heavily upvoted.

Ahh, looks like this was it:

A few other samples.

They're still being totally sane about it and upvoting this kind of stuff.

But also this...

Ok, one more removed sanity chain, upvoted by the masses, removed for wrongthink:

For a few seconds I legitimately thought you were saying there were Chinese shills pretending to be trans for some sort of propaganda angle.

Great finds by the way and I appreciate you having the courage to wade through the shit ocean. I can't last more than 10 minutes these days.

The "You need to have 1231231 karma 3213312 followers and a skibidi toilet award before posting" thing is annoying too. I always use temporary mails when I need to look at something and sometimes post, but I don't get why communities have that as a requirement when you can just have moderator approvals and spam protection. You need to have karma to be able to post comfortably, but the algorithm filters out people it doesn't like with shadowbans. You try to post things the algorithm would like, "good and positive" definitely not political content. So Reddit algorithm itself is trained on making the platform a shitty echo-chamber.
Shadowbanning is unfathomably effective at manufacturing consent.

Did you ever realize how the boomers don't see the most obvious issues, even with their own eyes in their own frontyard, unless the tiny man inside their TV tells them they have a problem? "If outrageous thing X were true, it would be on TV!"

It's the same for Reddit. Completely idiotic stuff goes to the frontpage, and not a single comment is deboonking it. Turns out they're all shadowbanned, so people did try educating others, it's just that nobody but themselves sees their comment.

Very true. When I was younger I thought propaganda was about shilling outright lies. It turns out that it’s more about selectively withholding truths.

Speaking of which, I was checking some stats about Last Week Tonight out of curiosity and found this site that also included corresponding subreddit statistics. I saw something odd and don’t want to jump to conclusions about it, but I dunno what the reason for numbers like this would be.

TelevisionStats for LWTarchive

Last Week Tonight subreddit subscribers from March 31st:

Subscribers from April 1st:

A sudden, seemingly random gain of +466 subs. Not a whole lot all things considered, but it’s a significant change compared to most days for this sub. Here’s subscriber data from up to one year ago. Note the visible line jump from March 31st - April 1st on the most recent end.

For reference, the vertical blue lines on the graph correspond to episode release dates. The episode prior to the jump was about tasers; the episode after the jump is the one on transgender athletes. Again, dunno what it means, but it’s weird.

The true power of semen retention is being able to tear a plastic bag to more messily pour your cocoa krispies. Can't possibly be you unintentionally tugged along a seam or that the extremely thin plastic isn't that structurally sound!

There is no other explanation other than the unspent semen in your nuts is imbuing you with herculean strength.
You're just jealous

The first two were funny but I thought of a great follow-up: have a white guy say something completely normal to the transexual fellow with green hair, and have the pink blob fish take out a knife and say "I'll handle this one." That would be funny and also put those MAGA chuds in their place.

Oof. I mean your partner shouldn't be trying to delete your hobbies but likewise the hobbies shouldn't be destroying your relationships. Since it's a Redditor I expect they were hopelessly game obsessed, as I doubt anyone would ask you to throw something like that out unless you're an addict.

I can't actually believe the sheer number of antinatalists on Reddit. I've only really met 2 people who were dead set on never having children, one was a typical Redditor like person, who had a vasectomy without his wife's knowledge.
Oh there are plenty of women that expect the man to give up all hobbies. I'll give the benefit of the doubt here.
