- Criminalising possession of cartoon pornographic images depicting both minors as well as adults where the "predominant impression conveyed" is that the individual (being depicted), is that of a child.

I don't think chibi art was all she drew, and/or not all of it was innocent. How they knew she was in possession of it is a whole other matter though. Not a lawfag but that's my best guess.

I'm a Taiwanese student studying in the UK for my masters.

Police officer delivered a letter to my halls of residence today. I have been asked to atend a voluntary interview at a the police station. The officer explained the nature of the offense was a t-shirt that had been reporting to them.

The t-shirt was worn by me and posted on my Facebook in some photos when I was with friends.

It is a black top with sparkly studs in it that says "ORIENTAL B*TCH" written in the sparkling studs.

The t-shirt was worn by me when I was 19 at a concert in Taiwan. I did not even bring it with me to the UK. The photo is of me in Taiwan with my friends.

I think someone reported it because some girl on my course angry reacted photos of me wearing it and wrote "nasty horrible vile" and unfriended me.

Police wont tell me if she reported it or not. Just that they are acting on a report.

The letter says my interview is voluntary? Does that mean I can ignore this? I have job offers lined up in London, San Francisco, Ireland and Taiwan, so instead of taking the job in London and having a police investigation can I just leave without consequence and work somewhere else?

Yes and it really is one of the most infuriating tactic leftists are currently employing. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ll admit that most anti-sjw/anti-woke types have gone too far in the opposite direction and beome no better than the snowflakes they criticise, but to see leftists smugly mock them and act like they weren’t the ones who, for most of the 2010s were declaring media “politically incorrect” for the stupidest of reasons and trying to get said media censored/changed (usually via bullying the creators and tarring them as racists/sexists/whatever) and threw legendary tantrums (Triggelypuff makes even the most unhinged neckbeard’s rant look tame in comparison) when they didn’t get their way, really does boil my blood as someone who’s born witness to left-wing pc censorship in action (and all of this is what created anti-woke in the first place so if anything, they’re another symptom of wokeness). Hell, they still occasionally get mad at stuff that offends their overly pc sensibilities (they’re just more likely nowadays to quickly backpedal and play dumb when they’re mocked for it and they realise it isn’t fitting the current narrative they’re pushing that it’s the only the Right who get mad over nothingburgers like what they did with Stellarblade. Them they wait for an anti-woke YouTuber to say something stupid so they can mock that and further distract people from the thing they got mad over not too long ago). The only major difference between pro-woke & anti-woke (and why one is worse than the other) is that one side is more successful than the other when it comes to censoring/controlling media. Historically, when leftist snowflakes complain about something that offends them, they’re demands have been meet almost immediately 98% of the time. Meanwhile, when was the last time something was changed/censored because some neckbeard anti-sjw on YouTube complained about it? Hell, I’d argue left-wing censors have actually been more successful at censoring media than the right-wing moral puritans of yesteryear (I mean, Jack Thompson never actually got violent video games banned. And the folks who campaigned against D&D never got the game banned). This is why I I think it’s more important than ever to archive everything and ensure said archives are secure. Don’t let them make normies forget about all the shit they’ve said and done. Whenever they say “look, this neckbeard is getting triggered, the Right are the REAL snowflakes”, remind them and others of the things THEY’VE been triggered at, past & present.
