There is major drama on Reddit right now.
A video [Archive] of a certain man named Joel Michael Singer (inb4 "you're just as bad as Reddit") getting beaten after assaulting someone himself is going viral around Reddit.It all started with this post on r/iamatotalpieceofshit. His name is not being mentioned by OP.

The mods removed the thread after having to ban multiple people for doxxing and posting death threats.
Now, Joel is a wealthy man. And if there is one thing Reddit absolutely obsesses about, it's class. The subreddit mods got accused of taking bribes from Joel and drama spread across all of Reddit, and no one is able to contain it. I have literally never seen the site get this mad at a non-politician, ever. r/iamatotalpieceofshit literally went private over this. Other subreddits are having a meltdown aswell.

I'd actually somewhat believe that, though I think the OP is being a bit dramatic. There's a dedicated cadre of people (very autistic) who follow certain youtube commenters and certain twitter personalities who disagree with Anthropogenic Global Warming and post on their tweets or under their videos or in their comments on unrelated videos.

It's something I've followed on and off as a bit of a personal lolcow project, and it's very similar to how the Krassensteins and Eugene Gu will always show up in Trump's mentions. Some of the arguments have gone on so long that people remember who other posters are and will have these long dialogues for months after a video is uploaded.

A lot of people say they're paid shills or whatever but from what I've seen I think they're just people who "Fucking Love Science" who like the rush of arguing online. This "lookandseethederp" guy comments on every anti-AGW post he finds and seems to get a thrill out of dunking on climate skeptics. They're a lot like the old /r/atheism guys who would raid Christian subreddits to try and dunk on Jesus or whatever.

Man, sometimes I use Reddit to keep up with lolcows (DSP and Boogie in particular) or find developer AMAs for some Vidya games. The fart huffing and needless smugfaggotry is quite something, and that's not even going into the weird, degenerate threads. Always tempted to call them a faggot or nig.ger, but doing so will likely net the permaban.

Some twitter male feminist named Justin de Vesine and his creepy behaviour and fertilization towards LGBT children was posted to /r/drama a few months back. Shortly afterwards he nuked his twitter account.
It's an interesting example of sexual predators using LGBT propaganda to groom children and this guy could not possibly look more like a sex offender:
