Black people love to burn shit and commit crimes of violence because they're angry. The black underclass doesn't much like themselves (and let's be honest, there's not much there worthy of positive feelings) so they find it very easy to turn that dislike outwards against the nearest available easy target, whether that's a convenient random victim, their kids, the nearest cop, or the nearest actual Target.
A second important factor is just how coddled American blacks are. Nothing is their fault and they are told constantly that they aren't responsible for their communities, their families, or themselves. It infuriates them to be told "No".
