Repealing 230 is a threat more than anything from non-establishment Kool-aid drinking Democrats who don't realize the benefits the current arrangement give their side.

I do not think Biden is serious about it, mostly because his brain is mush, and the progressives who are mad right-wingers have 0.1% of a way to say anything aren't really in power.
