Regarding the apparent and imminent repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and the future of this website.

I don't care if section 230 gets repealed. The internet itself has been in a state of decline for at least the last three or four years now. In 2016 Onogma sold out ICANN to an international body (in this case, the UN), IB culture took a nosedive, and in 2017 you had Unite the Right, which set the precedent that registrars/registers can refuse to host a website if they politically disagree with it's content. From then onwards, the whole internet has been increasingly becoming shit, and by 2019/20 the internet is fucking dead. Just give it up, I've been dependent on the internet for the last 14 years. Starting in '06 I started using YouTube. At first it seemed promising, but over time I became a slave to the machine. Kind of like a cargo cult. The only thing I mainly use it for now anyways is just listening to music on JewTube since I've been banned from everywhere else. The internet community sucks balls, I prefer outside now. I'm not nearly as dependent on the internet now as I was 14 years ago, I guess just because of the human experience so-to-speak.
Being able to find books in the library must look amazing on a Resume.

I was about to make a post calling this entire thread a "false alarm", but it seems this thread has more-or-less already picked up on that.

Given the state we're in now, it unironically might as well be.

Yeah, I was thinking about just buying one of these so I can listen to my music or tune in to any channels for news. I don't need a smartphone anymore. They're all garbage.

The other thing I use the internet for is obviously porn. There's a number of approaches to that, but I could just coom to a real woman. Not only that, but the quality of internet porn is also declining anyways due to fears over kids watching so more websites with good OG content are behind paywalls now. Maybe I can truly ascend if I get rid of my leash first. As for talmudvision, that too is garbage, I don't watch it.

"OK ending"? I think it would be pretty great if 230 was rewritten to continue providing protections to websites from their user's actions while also preventing websites made for general discussion from censoring or interfering with users based on their political views.

Then again it could be rewritten into several pages of ascii art of wombat shit cubes or something, so maybe not.
Ideally yes. The issue I see with Section 230 getting rewritten is that in all the negotiating it would make certain groups immune to online criticism and force the site to make drastic changes to how it operates. Say Section 230 gets rewritten where websites are not liable for the content published by users but you can't make fun of people based on their gender identity. In that case Null would have to nuke the Rat Kings sub-forum and ban posts making fun of trannys. The site would be able to survive but it would lose a part of what made it Kiwi Farms, hence why I see it as an OK ending. The site is still up but has some restrictions that take away what made the site what it is.

I think the biggest thing people are forgetting with all the sperging about 230 is that the internet is dying anyway. 8chan should have been a pretty clear canary in the coal mine for that.

Maybe in it's current form, but the internet is a pretty vital part of life now. Even if it dies off as we know it, something will come in to replace it, have it's own golden age, decline, and then die off. That how it's always worked.

@Null It sounds like this guy doesn't like your website. I've noticed he has been slurping Trump's nutsack since he signed up a whopping 3 and a half months ago. Probably a GOP shill.
Late, but do not forget he also blindly defends every Republican ever. He also would suck Ronald Reagan's dick despite him being partly responsible for many of the major political problems we have today, and got his ass banned from both the community watch threads that document Trump dicksuckers and Trump A-Logs.

People who come on here exclusively for politics are massive faggots that need to hang themselves.

Have you fucktards ever stopped to consider that he's here specifically to make people like you sperg out and to get a reaction?

Assuming the orange man manages to succeed and the site dies because of it, it's been a fun ride of 7-8 years.

Uh, guys you did note that Trump is going to veto anything that doesn't include this right? So unless you believe that congress will override his veto, I'm just saying that your celebration might be a bit premature.
Why wouldn't they? The NDAA usually passes with around 90% of the vote. Democrats won't agree to anything Trump wants. Republicans need to win run-offs in a heavily military state next month. Trump is on his way out and there is no incentive for anyone in congress to listen to him anymore.
