Those are tied to the multiplayer dlc modes and are purely grind based. While survivors, predator and onslaught are okay, siege is just awful so nobody plays it. There also might be some for agent hunt which I dont enjoy being on the monster side of and has been unplayable since some chinese guy has been no lifing it for 2 years cheating to make sure the game is completely unplayable. Also I never try to get achievements, I just play the game.

So the word on the grapevine is they are remaking zero and not re 1. Which makes sense if you factor in the movie deal they got going on. Also RE9 cut the open world and decided to do a darker story with Leon on an island of messed up stuff. The consistent factor in the RE 9 leaks is that Leon is in it.

I'd rather have the remake of CV, but that may end up happening anyway if the Zero rumor is true. I don't care one way or the other about the Zero remake since it cannot possibly be any shittier than the original.

I just know if they include the scenes with Wesker and Birkin, there'll be new lore in this retarded tranny obsessed fandom that they're a fag couple.

I'm a big fan of the original mainline games when they were survival horror. I also liked 4 a lot, but man did the franchise derail after that. 7 was a nice change of pace, and I appreciated it a lot. I was hoping with 7 they would make more games similar to that. It may have been different from the originals, but it was still a lot of fun. 8 was literally giving 7 the 4 treatment, which dampered my spirits. I was shocked they made the same mistake so soon after. I won't hold my breath for 9.

As for the remakes, REmake is on a whole different league from any of the later ones. That and the original of 1 are my favorite games in the franchise. REmake 2 was good, but I was a bit disappointed. REmake 3 was really disappointing. REmake 4 was good, but I was also a bit disappointed like with REmake 2.

I've only played the original side games, none of the later action ones. Dead Aim was surprisingly good. But I prefer the goofiness of the original Japanese name: Gun Survivor 4: Biohazard "Heroes Never Die". That's a SOVLful title if I've ever seen one. Outbreak 1 and 2 were really great and are also in need of remakes, but I'm not confident in modern Capcom. I also like quite a bit of the DLC of 7. That damn card game was addictive as fuck.

RE6 is fun with friends. Lore-wise it's a clusterfuck. Gameplay wise it's great.

Agree about 3make, it blows goats.

Soon as they said Ashcroft and talked about her mom, it made it clear. I'm pretty interested this go around.

RE7's trailer left me confused and RE8 looked like modern slop. But this at least, looks like a genuine horror game. It's almost as if they're basing this on the one ending from Outbreak where there's still life in the crater.


Amazing how many times Capcom goes back to the easy well of RC and not tread new ground. Not that I'm complaining.

Okay Capcom, you're making a game built around the daughter of an Outbreak character. Remaster the two the fucking games already.

Given it's subtitled Requiem, I wonder if this is a farewell to the old cast. It seems fitting it ends where it began, in Raccoon City.

I really hope Leon doesn't job to some random enemy in this game. It's bad enough when it happens to classic or legacy characters;it would be even more atrocious here when we know what the characters are capable of.
