You don't need to imagine what that would look like, they already released their new dino game, "Exoprimal", at least for beta testing. I will give you a hint, this is all people remember about it

Allow me to rewrite a certain scene from
Jurassic Park in regards to a potential remake of
Dino Crisis:
MALCOLM: Don't you see the danger, Capcom, inherent in what you're doing here? Video games are the most awesome force ever seen in the entertainment industry. But your current year devs wield it like a kid who's found his dad's gun. The problem with said power you've used is it didn't require any discipline, intelligence or creativity to attain it. You read what others had done and you took the next step. You and your devs didn't earn the knowledge yourselves, so you don't take the responsibility for it. You stood on the shoulders of geniuses to accomplish something as fast as you could, and before you knew what you had, you patented it, reshaped it in the image of the ESG, packaged it, paid all the shills, and now you want to sell it in unfinished pieces via DLCs. Your devs were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should. Vidya technology can remake Resident Evil 3, but it can't tell us not to do it!
CAPCOM: I don't understand this Luddite attitude, especially from a gamer. How could we stand in the light of remakes and not act?
MALCOLM: There's nothing that great about remakes. It's a lazy, exploitative act that perverts what it imitates. What you call 'remakes' I call the rape of the old classics!
SPHERE HUNTER: Please - let's hear something from the others. Dr. Grant? I am sorry - Dr. Sattler?
ELLIE: The question is - how much can you know about an extinct gaming ecosystem, and therefore, how could you assume you can work with it with modern devs? You have devs and streamers right here in this building, for example, that are (looks at SPHERE HUNTER, hesitates) diverse... You picked them because they look (hesitates again) diverse, but these are aggressive living things that have no idea what they're doing and will lash out. Violently, if necessary.
CAPCOM: Dr. Grant, if there's one person who can appreciate all of this...
GRANT: I feel - elated and - (looks at SPHERE HUNTER) frightened and - (starts over) The world has just changed so radically. We're all running to catch up. I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but look - (he leans forward, a look of true concern on his face) Dino Crisis and video game devs - two things separated by 20 years of gaming - have just been suddenly thrown back into the mix together. How can we have the faintest idea of what to expect?
CAPCOM: I don't believe it. I expected you to come down here and defend me from these characters and the only one I've got on my side is the disgusting tranny!?
SPHERE HUNTER: Thank you.
