Eh still better than what Konami did to metal gear... Or reply all the franchises they own. Capcom returned with grace and dignity Konami continues to circle the drain in a never ending Downward spiral

I'm fucking sick of Suzy the Sphere Hunter.
For some reason she's considered a "very important" member of the RE community when she's nothing but a mediocre youtuber. Her content is not that interesting, her opinions are boring and her army of white knights already bullied some of my friends for disagreeing with her.
I have nothing against her as a person and if you like her content that's fine but I'm tired of everybody putting her on a pedestal.

Agreed. To me, she's the quintessential vidya youtuber: speaks in platitudes, doesn't offer anything new or informative, no unique viewpoint, just regurgitating what everyone already knows.

She's not alone in this. I feel like a lot of youtubers are guilty of this, because youtube audience tends to consume safe content: reviews of games they've already played and movies they've already seen. Basically, they don't need interesting information, they simply seek validation of their likes and dislikes.

Suzy the Sphere Hunter is perfect in her inoffensiveness. Her brand of blandness is hard to get mad at precisely because it's so boring and devoid of anything unique. "I was completely mesmerized by the atmosphere and drawn in by the immersive gameplay. There were moments when I felt truly scared, which made my triumph that more exciting in the end". Lol, her career choices is no concern of mine. But I think it's funny how she told people who disliked Jill and Claire's redesigns to stfu when her own ass is all over pornhub

yeah, that sums it up. I just don't see why she's is considered so important. Somebody even modded her into the game for some reason.

Funnily enough, i think her best review is her Resident Evil Zero review because she was actually quite critical of the game and didn't spend the review talking in vaguely positive platitudes.

She was doing troon stuff with porncow Christian xxx. Vlogging about resident evil games is actually a step up.

(if the sue lightning I found is the same sphere hunter that is, she's covered her tracks as best as she can but if it turns she's a troon it's a shock to me I had no idea until kiwifarms lead me to it.

Their the same person. Videos of her can be found on Pornhub and other porn sites across the internet. Some of her stuff been posted in the porncow thread as well.
 
Back in March, I decided to watch Matt and Pat's play through of RE4 from a few years ago*, the game looked fun so I downloaded it to my Switch when it was on sale a few weeks back, along with the RE 1 remake. The tank controls took some getting used to, but other than that the game is as good as everybody says it is.

Recently just finished the hedge maze, haven't gotten farther than that since New Horizons has been taking up most of my spare time lately.

Only thing I'm not looking forward to is the Verdugo fight. General consensus is that it's the most difficult fight in the game, and from what I've seen in gameplay videos it lives up to that claim.

Question: what are your thoughts on Operation Raccoon City? Would anyone recommend it?

*Watching that play through for the first time a few months ago was a little hard l owing the circumstances around the Best Friends Play split-up

Holy fuck, I figured xie used cartoon avatars for its YouTube channel because xie is not an attractive human being. I Google search pics of xir, and sure enough I get pics of a fugg. But goddamn, I had no idea it a Last of Us 2 Stunning and Brave main character.

Once again, KF shows me why it's a wonderful place.

I actually think the new inventory system was one of the best improvements the game made, or would be if you didn't need to juggle items with your mule AI. Having to pause the game every time you want to switch weapons, throw a grenade, or use an item blows hard, and it's a huge wart on what's otherwise a masterpiece of a game.
 
RE4's inventory management is a game in itself. I like how it lets me unleash my inner neat freak. "Ok, so this corner will be exclusively for grenades, arranged by their color. This corner is for healing items, starting from first aid sprays. And this is where I store my magnum rounds for the end game."

Verdugo's the absolute easiest boss to cheese. I've literally never gotten a scratch. All you gotta do is freeze him and then blow his ass apart with a rocket launcher (which by that point in the game is easily affordable and can fit in your giant attache case).
