If you look at concept art of Code Veronica they originally wanted Alexia to have nipples and she was already sort of like a female Tyrant, which is what Lady Dimitrescu essentially seems to be.

The original female tyrant was from The Wicked Norse sea novel. It's not canon now but lots of its concepts were used for CV

I never expected that, just maybe when she undergoes a more monstrous transformation as RE villains always do we see her nude?
I think always playing up the sexy angle, at least until the very last transformation maybe, would be something new and an interesting way to do the usual RE villain, like this T-Virus/G-Virus (or whatever it turns out to be) stuff is getting so advanced that it's no longer creating mutant freaks but is actually starting to create full on perfect superhumans without any deformities unlike regular Tyrants, which is arguably what Umbrella/whoever has been trying to do all along, we've just been dealing throughout the whole series with failed experiment after failed experiment as they perfect the formula more and more, maybe now culminating in Lady Dimitrescu who is beautiful... but dangerous.

Oh god, please no. This is Resident Evil, a beautiful endboss would be fucking boring and wasted potential. Beauty doesn't matter in RE. Alexia Ashford was beautiful and intelligent and then turned into an insect creature, Morpheus wanted to be beautiful but his last form was a giant pile of rotting flesh. The only one who looked more or less normal was Wesker.

You misunderstood me, she can be ugly as the end boss, I'm just saying at one point we should see her as a perfect, beautiful and nude superhuman, to see where Umbrella (or whoever) has been trying to go all along, before ultimately we fuck her up in some way and she turns into the good old fashioned mutated freak at the end.
I mean am I wrong when I say that becoming perfect superhumans was what guys like Spencer were trying to do all along? Stuff like the zombies and giant spiders and whatnot were just negative side effects, whereas the Tyrant was closer to what they were trying to achieve, but still imperfect, hence the monster arms, although I guess Mr X was closer to a perfect superhuman, whereas Nemesis was a different experiment by the European branch of Umbrella solely trying to create a weapon
Because I'm pretty sure that has been the story all along.
In the North America version at least I'm hoping for nipples.

Why can't you stick with the movies for the occasional nude shot?
No offense, but all you're going to get is the Barbie doll treatment because hardly any game dev will take that kind of plunge and make it obvious on the main consoles...Outside of, you know, trying to make something for the PC

IIRC, she became a vampire (or B.O.W equivalent thereof) in the 1950's according to the official lore and the T-Virus wasn't a thing until the 1970's, with the Tyrant project beginning in the late 80's or early 90's.
Unless we get some twist that she's the inspiration for the Tyrant and that House Dimitrescu and the other Houses had ties to Spencer or the Ashfords, I doubt we'll see the T-Virus come into play except for maybe to explain the zombies in certain segments.
