1. Epik allows this horseshit
2. waits for us to waste money
3. they fire some nonexistent social media manager
4. ?????
5. trannies win again
this feels really targeted but not in the way its presented.
I would almost send them a CnD to see what they do: or if they are even aware of what an actual individual is doing while on the clock.
this is the main reason montyfag is forcing rackets to let his lawyer take him to the cleaners: this kind of statement is literally the thing that makes a judge go "fuck this guy".
I promise you racket's judge is letting his case progress just because rackets should have known better. Especially as a lawyer.
Tl;Dr social media managers only training they receive is legal constraint shit like this, something smells like a rat but its also totally actionable imo given rackets circumstances
ps: even if they pull it now bc they didnt know someone was doing it: its still out there via a known corporate entity and thats basically a slam dunk. its an outright admission of guilt.
The SMM is an agent of the company, they are responsible for anything that person says on the company's behalf.

These claims get repeated to service providers. When a huge established industry component like Epik says something on record, other companies pay attention, and they won't do due diligence.
I don't disagree with you in theory but in practice you aren't even in the country. You've never lost a lawsuit but all your lawsuits are against retards who don't know how to file anything.

If you only have a 15% chance of success I don't think it's worth expending 75 grand on. And what happens if you start collecting donations and you fall short? Say you only get 6000 dollars, are you going to refund all of that?

Taking a case to trial is at least $75,000. However, they would be able to pay because they are a big company, and this would be an amazing step for being able to show providers: Yes, we are legal, and yes, we are taking steps to remedy actionable defamation to the contrary.

I've put up a poll. I am already dealing with litigation and saving money for another case. Would the community itself actually want to finance litigation?

Edit: I will find a way to get fiat working so you don't need crypto, but special crypto wallets can also be set up.
If you can get Fiat up and running in a manner that is secure and reasonably anonymous i will use this as my opportunity to become a true and honest fan.

Given where i'm at in my investing for retirement and the size of my emergency fund i can donate probably anywhere from 2 to 3 grand to the cause. But im not fucking with crypto so it would have to be merica' bucks.

I wouldn't sue for tweets. Ima give leader shekels but it seems like a long shot. Josh hasn't been back on xwitter for very long making defamation there a little harder to prove and epik is prolly gonna say other companies have deplatformed as a lame defense.

Call me black pilled, and while I fully believe the farms was wronged, the litigation would get extremely messy quickly. Both the farms and epik would probably be both harmed at the end, with the remedy being something retarted like letting josh back on.

So unless its a 4d chess move for a bigger lawsuit later, it probably isn't worth.

Vitos problem is being a pedo shielding faggot
Vito is an actual paedophile that drew CP. He also drew fan art of the victims of the Columbine Massacre, and described how the Japanese can make child rape and child torture sound cute and fun. He followed an "artist" on Flickr who makes renders of young women. This "artist" appeared to be some creep in Hong Kong who follows Chinese language groups that focuses on lewd high school attire. Check out his thread.

I'm frankly tired of people parroting the "we" thing when there's much better evidence of him being a nonce right in the thread.
Long story short, he viewed some comic where the protagonist, a 12-14 years old cartoon character gets raped. He was so inspired, he drew fan art of the cover. Someone found this comic and it had no English language translations out there. Basically, it was a picture book to him. This means he can't even use the "it's the story" cope.

Yeah, I will update his thread this week. I hate this paedophile so much and I hope he dies.

I know this is a retard question that's probably been answered elsewhere, but
  1. Is this an effective way to donate?
  2. Can your financial institution trace the transaction? Like, if I pay cash for a gift card at my grocery store is that sufficient opsec?
If cryptocurrency isn't an option, I think prepaid Visa/MasterCards work. I've never been asked for an ID anywhere in the west when I purchased them during the holidays.

The money in there can be funneled using services like Revolut.

There are also third party anti-CSAM tools like PhotoDNA and whatever garbage YouTube uses. I don’t know how the approval process for using these tools works but I’m not sure if it would be viable.
Josh was talking about CSAM interception with hashes. A certain retarded alcoholic non-practicing lawyer even decided to lie about it.

Yes it HAS to be challenged. For 75 grand. 75 grand you will never see again, win or lose.
That is money used, not wasted. What good is money if you're going to be cucked by every diaper freak genderspecial for the rest of your life? Reading the comments we are already well on our way to raising the needed $75k if everybody who pledged contributes (they won't). If Josh actually goes through with this, I will likely chip in my paltry amount of BTC (~$700) in addition to a grand or two from my savings accounts.

We all piss away an obscene amount of money on stupid, idle pursuits that go nowhere. This is the opportunity to watch our boy give a bloody nose to one of the self appointed censors of the world. Win or lose, the act of suing them will set a precedent that they will take note of. $75,000 to do that is a bargain.

If people are willing to pay for it sure, but I would definitely try to find a lawyer that won't blow smoke up your ass to really tell you if this is a slam dunk or not. I wouldn't settle for anything less when it comes to that much money. If you're really sure about going for it, you better not lose. Also I wouldn't want this to complicate other things that are already going on for you and the site, that is my main concern.
