It would be nice if he could focus all his energy on this one effort but this is as clear cut as it will ever get. There really isn't any luxury to wait, and leaving it undefended will make future defamation harder to fight as most will just say they're repeating what someone else (Epik) said.

I actually don't think the initial 75k will be all that difficult to raise and he can hold some DSP save the farms beg-a-thons as the money runs out.
