Might be better to wrap up with your current lawfare before starting another case. Seeing as you've got finite time, energy, and money, probably not a great idea to spread yourself too thin.

However, if you do decide to move forward, make it so that we can donate without having to jump through crypto hoops. Are you still blacklisted on most/all of the major payment processors?

EDIT: you said it will cost AT LEAST $75k, raising that much is already a pretty high bar of entry. What if it winds up costing an order of magnitude more by the trial's conclusion?
It would be nice if he could focus all his energy on this one effort but this is as clear cut as it will ever get. There really isn't any luxury to wait, and leaving it undefended will make future defamation harder to fight as most will just say they're repeating what someone else (Epik) said.

I actually don't think the initial 75k will be all that difficult to raise and he can hold some DSP save the farms beg-a-thons as the money runs out. You can send paper checks to the site right now and if you're concerned about privacy, the post office takes cash for money orders. I suppose one advantage to being off payment networks is no need to eat the card fees.

King Solomon said:
What your eyes have seen
do not hastily bring into court,
for what will you do in the end,
when your neighbor puts you to shame?

Argue your case with your neighbor himself,
and do not reveal another's secret,
lest he who hears you bring shame upon you,
and your ill repute have no end.

I think it is a grievous error to rush into a court of law, and if there's one thing I know about Farms related law cases it is this: prepare for disappointment.

But, if it goes forward, I will chip in.
