Someone seems to check in on Twitter about once every 10-14 days, switching between self-promotion, spam responses, and individual responses. It's somewhat less retarded back in September, full retard starting about a month ago.

This almost feels like a job that someone had, then they got fired and the regular logins stopped. Random managers would login and check whenever they remembered the Twitter account was around. Then at some point, maybe December, an outsourced intern inherited it as another bi-weekly task, and he's fucking it up.

This sounds like the work of Robert Davis. I do not know for sure, but when he called me at 3AM in the morning to terminate my account and my domains, he was also this level of unhinged. I wish I would have recorded the call, because he was definitely unprofessional and rude. It appears that he is still the SVP over Communications at Epik, so it's likely him.

You have my full support on this, Josh.

This dude is obviously unhinged and shouldn't have any control over people's domains or anything else for that matter.

What the fuck is even happening anymore?
Why the fuck did he @ stopwokeness?

This is so bizarre like who are they trying to appeal to with this tweet? It's borderline nonsensical. My #1 guess is a troon at this point and #2 is pajeet god forbid it's a pajeet troon
I think the cat guy is having a panic attack because he realise "owning KiwiFarms" is potentially going to have some real world consequences for his career when his American bosses log in to start work tomorrow, and this is his incredibly dumb attempt to backpedal

intitially wanted to vote yes because it would be interesting to see this play out.
but after thinking about it for a minute longer, this seems like a bad idea. the facts and the law may be on your side, but the financial and political power is on your enemies side.
Sometimes I think that politspergs are hopeless.

Keep in mind this suit isn't to make Josh rich or put Epik out of business. It is to clear our name. That is the only return you should be expecting for your investment.
Honestly, you shouldn't expect anything. This is a gamble with no guarantee of return. You're going out for a night at the casino. The legal system is retarded in a myriad of ways. Just look at any legal coverage on the forum; however, it needs to be done sooner or later.

Anyone who is against the concept of a lawsuit doesn't understand that this sets a precedent that companies cannot just fucking take down websites over lies and get away with it, no matter how controversial they may be.

i fully support this, because it's definitively actionable in civil court. my concern is that epik will settle, and in doing so, will require an nda from null, which would negate his ability to use this as a precedent for future litigation.

The more likely outcome is that they end up retracting the statements and put a more sane person in their place. A public retraction is as good or better than any win in a lolsuit.

i disagree. a public retraction and a very public legal victory is what is needed to secure future victories.

How much money could be made from legally bullying Epic?

who knows?
it's my understanding that this is less about money, and more about establishing a legal precedent in the farms' favor, thereby giving the farms greater ability to contend with its detractors and any future litigation that may be necessary.

What the fuck is even happening anymore?

insanity. this is insanity.
but it sure is interesting that it's gone from the u.s. authorities and csam to simple hate speech, porn, and doxxing.

Does it have to be a check/money order or can I just mail cash?

do not send cash (or prepaid gift cards) through the mail!!!
not only is there a risk that the cash (or gift card) could be stolen, but if it is stolen, and it's stolen by a morally bankrupt postal carrier, then it raises the likelihood that that carrier will look for more being sent to that address.

More info on this process, if you have it handy, would be appreciated for us old-timers. I did crypto once to Null, it was a pita and I'd rather just send a damn money order out. I will commit $100 and have to hit the bank this week anyway.

a pre-paid gift card can be purchased at stores for a few dollars over the amount that you want to put on it, or you can inquire with your financial institution. my credit union offers them for any amount up to $3000 with a $3 fee. again, do not mail pre-paid gift cards. all the information needed to activate it will be available to anyone who steals it. instead, use it (instead of a credit or debit card) to donate to the site that null announced that he will be setting up:

Regarding concerns for fiat, I believe that you will have two options:
1. Pay by card on a website I am going to set up on a different domain.
2. Mail a check to my escrow attorney.

if you intend to mail something, inquire with your financial institution or the post office about money orders and/or cashier's checks, which are pre-paid and are only payable to the person to whom they're written.

Can we write and mail an old fashioned bank check without doxxing ourselves or having our bank toss us?

most financial institutions are willing to print a sheet of regular checks for those with an account. these are not pre-paid; they'll withdraw from your account when they're cashed, which unfortunately means that they are directly linked to your account, though you can usually request to not have your name and/or address printed on them.

i dont know what the fuck is going on but this is absolutely no way for any company to be acting. they have 2 choices now. either apologize and get rid of this retard running their social media account or get sued into oblivion. i hope anyone using epik drop them no matter what happens because its clear they are falling apart from the inside.

i cant even find a clear answer on who actually runs epik at the moment. ive seen some things saying its still rob monster but other things saying its not him at all but nothing seems to mention who else it could be. its very odd.
It can very well be Marcelo calling the shots.

If I can help out I will after I see how much I'm paying into taxes this year. This place is quite high, and after I see what the crypto situation is like. Epik is being rather stupid doing this but the ship is sinking there and they probably think this will help them out. Just whatever you do, don't except help from Rekieta. We've all seen the quality of the lawyers he knows.
It's about time Youtubers who have probably made a fortune off of the sites content pay up
I'm sure one hat salesman could help out for one stream this year.

Epik LLC has made two claims on X :
1) They were forced to put a clientHold on kiwifarms.net by Law Enforcement, which we evaded by moving the domain out of the country.
2) That the Kiwi Farms "hosts child porn".

These are both false, and these are both instances of actionable per se defamation. The damage of these claims is inherent in the claim and they are already being parroted by adversaries for the purposes of trying to further erode our ability to find stability and sure footing on the Internet.

Epik is a Wyoming LLC, X is a California LLC, and Kiwi Farms is a West Virginia LLC. To pursue this, I would have to find a lawyer in one of these jurisdictions. I don't know any.

Taking a case to trial is at least $75,000. However, they would be able to pay because they are a big company, and this would be an amazing step for being able to show providers: Yes, we are legal, and yes, we are taking steps to remedy actionable defamation to the contrary.

I've put up a poll. I am already dealing with litigation and saving money for another case. Would the community itself actually want to finance litigation?

Edit: I will find a way to get fiat working so you don't need crypto, but special crypto wallets can also be set up.
I'm gonna have the braindead npc take and say that being accused of hosting cp is pretty serious. Maybe consider suing.

I suggest you don’t fight it. We all know that the claims are lies, and why prove it in the oppositionist court? It would be just as legitimate to hold our own court with own own judge and jury to consider wrongdoing. Do not legitimize the enemy by playing their game.
>Just don't fight back otherwise they win! It's hopeless!
