A Legal Escrow account is a way to insure transparency, as well as tax accounting, as money put into the escrow does not count as general income.
For example, Null can't use the money in the Escrow account to but a new Server for the Kiwifarms. It exists solely for the purposes of paying legal expenses. The benefit for such restriction though is people can be confident the money donated will be used for the Stated purposes, and Null also won't have to claim it as general income when Lolcow LLC files its taxes.
