I honestly would not be shocked if there was more at play and the troon squad with Liz Fong Jones had a connection inside Epik and this is a gambit by them to try and defame the site and Josh enough for providers to drop services since they are so desperate right now.

As for litigation.. That's going to be a tough question. I mean it's not like they have a good reputation, but I sort of think that has some relation to this and the free speech comments. They are trying to wiggle into the "right side of history" and at the very least shift the narrative. I worry that the corrupt scum running the place would use it as a clown show distraction. Plus the courts are in a state of clown show as it is. Full of judges now that don't follow the law, but what their personal moral and ideological feel-feels tell them (Seriously a fight the conservatives and center lost back when we allowed Sonia Sotomayor despite her admitting to deciding cases based on what she felt was "right" etc) when not outright following the narrative of the day.

I'd actually be more open for a case against a higher standing target if it ever came up. Epik is and will continue to be a shitshow company. This is just further proof.

The only reason why people liked Epik was because of domain sales and hosting right-wing websites, and those positives are now gone because domain sellers have been leaving Epik on mass since September 2022 and they have completely announced their opposition to freedom of speech, this is corporate suicide.

Semi related, but there's multiple websites made by the Islamic State with Cloudflare's DDoS protection. Not only that, but those ISIS propaganda websites have multiple crypto wallets so terrorist attacks are financed in multiple parts of the world.
Cloudflare to this day refuses to drop actual ISIS members straight out of the Syrian desert out of their services. Those websites financed real, harmful, and deadly terrorist activities in the Philippines. And I have to hear from outsiders that this is a "stochastic terrorist" website.
