Appreciate the tips. I’ve never sent a money order before (never had any reason to), so this seems like the best alternative than tardedly stumbling through crypto.

A) Walk in to the post office, any post office will do.
B) Say "I would like a money order for $300*"
C) Hand the likely obese black woman with long fake nails $300 plus a fee of $2.10. If you need a stamp she can sell you one too.

USPS MO's are as good as cash and can be deposited with most banks mobile apps. They aren't weird or uncommon especially with people who are undocumented or to poor to have a checking account. People use them every day to pay bills.

I wouldn't sue for tweets. Ima give leader shekels but it seems like a long shot. Josh hasn't been back on xwitter for very long making defamation there a little harder to prove and epik is prolly gonna say other companies have deplatformed as a lame defense.

Call me black pilled, and while I fully believe the farms was wronged, the litigation would get extremely messy quickly. Both the farms and epik would probably be both harmed at the end, with the remedy being something retarted like letting josh back on.

So unless its a 4d chess move for a bigger lawsuit later, it probably isn't worth.

What's crazy about all of this is the way the site is being treated compared to others.

For every other site if they believed it was CP, they would notify the owner to get it taken down which didn't happen. The site has rules against pedophiles and illegal activity and the purpose of the website has nothing to do with what they claim.

Imagine Twitter or YouTube getting de-registered for that sort of content, they keep that stuff up for months in some cases before action is taken.

Another thing that probably needs to be done is the Jannies are now going to have to keep a running log of all the CP that is going to get put on the forum so these shit heels can't make a quick burner account, post some CP and then immediately screenshot it. You'll need to be able to show "this post was posted by a single post account, was deleted 5 minutes later at this time and date."

Maybe start doing a generalized weekly report to law enforcement to include IP addresses and wat not.

Might be a good time for Josh to temporarily close registration.

An additional point is that they were using an Incognito browser session for some retarded reason.

One reason to use an Incognito session would be to log in as a user other than was already logged in on the normal browser.

That could be significant. or it could be nothing. I don't know how prevalent the use of 24 hour clocks is in Australia or Russia but there is a large contingent of US military stationed on Guam who certainly use 24 hour time.

Null HAS to take action. People are already spreading Epik's statement around like its true. Failure to bring action would be a tacit admission that what Epik said was true. Which means the next time someone accuses the website of hosting CP (which they will), Null will have no recourse because those people can say it was just a commonly held belief. Its why OJ could never sue people for saying he murdered his wife, even though he was acquitted of the charges. His reputation on that issue was rendered "defamation proof", because it was such a widely held opinion.

It should go without saying, but I'll say it in plain english just in case: a company cannot possibly think Kiwifarms is hosting child porn if they're going to publicly re-upload supposed child porn on to their company's twitter account. That should be enough evidence to tell people Kiwifarms isn't hosing any CP, but it won't be.
