Some US states have revenge porn statutes that could be interpreted as holding publishers other than the original revenge-porn leaker liable, but those interpretations have never been tested and would almost certainly be found to violate 1a and 230. It's not worth worrying about.

The site is US legal. We've complied with every court order we've ever received. The claim here is that Epik received a court order to remove us, which they admit they lied about.
