unless I missed something archive.today seems to has removed Epik’s CSAM Tweet. The Nitter archive is still there.
All Xeets are persevered for 30 days, even if "deleted". Jershes lawyer can just send Xitter a Subpoena when he sends out the complaint and Xitter will comply with the production, or at the very least, the preservation of the originals.
I thought Twitter, Facebook, etc. held posts for way longer than that after deletion.

They ignore pedophiles in their own ranks while flippantly accusing KF hosting it. This beyond hypocrisy: they believe their adherence to the cause grants them immunity and the ability to do whatever they please. Pedophilia is fine if they do it, but can and will be levied against the deplorables if expedient. They readily use your own moral outrage against you while gleefully boasting of their own immorality.
It's their age-old mantra of "There are no bad tactics, only bad targets." In their cult, every action is permissible, because the ends will always justify the means.

and for the escrow donation site can we get a live count of the money? To make them seethe
Bad idea, IMO. That lets them know exactly how much they need to scam/borrow/turn tricks for/print in order to get what they want. Never let your enemy know what's in your arsenal.

My guess is something like 30 days for normie stuff, forever if you're someone deemed to be "on the wrong side of history."

As for names, I have a couple (semi-serious) ideas:

Free Expression Enterprises (FEE)
Free Expression Defense Squad (FEDS)

EDIT: Hey jannies, if you don't like the formatting maybe send me a message instead of just straight up editing my post because it upsets your autism.

I am sure this struggling company will settle this in the most expedient and cheap way possible ( Cash settlement ) and Josh will invest into more transistors for KF.
You're assuming said struggling company would act rationally.

If they were acting rationally they wouldn't have hired an insane social media person to blast actionable defamation to the public.

Apologies if this has been mentioned, but genuine question, if this site does contain revenge porn (eg the Ethan Ralph stuff?), doesn’t that potentially fuck the whole “US legal“ thing? Which might hurt when suing. Just a thought.

Absolutely not, are you retarded? There are some states where posting your ex's nudes online is a crime, however the crime is with the poster. I've never received a court order to remove any nude image of anyone, ever.

This was literally on the prior page.

I assume the (private) donation options for non-Americans will be limited?

Regarding naming a fund, it shouldn’t be jocular. Having ‘freedom’ or ‘1776’ phrases associated with it will be polarising along partisan lines. I suggest something simple like Anti Slander ______ but idk if that’s too close to established brands.

Didn’t think it was devils advocate because it was not related to the two core statements relevant to Epiks defamation (hosting CP and authorities forcing them to drop Kiwifarms).

Yes, I’m retarded. My Q was sparked by some of the PornHub proceedings which I’m following and how this legal area is being pressured due to politically weaponised suicides, and I was generally curious more-so for potential future issues. I lifted phrasing from MATI which made it sound like a defense. AKA I made retarded connection due to autism. I have learned.

Some US states have revenge porn statutes that could be interpreted as holding publishers other than the original revenge-porn leaker liable, but those interpretations have never been tested and would almost certainly be found to violate 1a and 230. It's not worth worrying about.

The site is US legal. We've complied with every court order we've ever received. The claim here is that Epik received a court order to remove us, which they admit they lied about. The other claim is about CSAM which they also lied about. If you have any other moral grievances, this is not the thread for it.
