They said "We were forced to help the owner switch to another registrar by the US authorities." This is incredibly vague statement. They could have easily meant something like: the law requires them to let you switch to another registrar.

The other claim is about CSAM which they also lied about.

Maybe one could argue they had a reckless disregard for the truth when they made the statement, but it doesn't seem like it was an intentional falsehood.

From what I understand, part of defamation is how it's interpreted by the average person. You can't just say, "Well ACKSHUALLY, I never said that the the government forced us to remove you from our services because you host CP. I just said that you have CP and we were forced to remove you."
