FWIW, I highly doubt any of the Oregon results are related. Almost all of them have other words in the name that indicate they're in very different industries, and the only one that isn't excluded like that was formed in 2021 and administratively dissolved in 2022.

The other issue for Epik is how third parties ran with their statement. Defamation is not just what was actually said, it was how the average person chose to interpret it. And quite a few people used their statement to say the forum has CP on it.

True on its own, but in context (important) of other tweets stating the same reasons in a non sarcastic way, it is reasonable to infer that this was just a deflective, but factual statement.
They claimed there was cp on here. They provided the source. They took pains to censor out his DoB meaning they knew he wasn’t underage. It’s intentional.
And even if it was reckless disregard, that is still more than enough for any defamation action.
Defamatory statements accusing someone of federal crimes and intervention of federal authorities harms the reputation of the person and his company, and makes it harder if not impossible to do business. That’s defamatory per se in at least two different ways as per Wisconsin (Epik’s residence) Supreme Court (Hoblyn v. State, et. al, 55 P.3d 1219, 2002 WY 152 (Wyo. 2002)). I am not aware that Wisconsin has made an abridgement on Defamation per say damages like Minnesota or Virginia.
There's something that stinks about this whole situation. Epik all of a sudden acting retarded and gay and defaming Null for no particular reason should raise the eyebrows of anyone who works in or observes the tech industry. It might seem a little bit "tinfoil-y", but I think that this criminal act was not the work of a lone Portuguese cat boy, or a lone Rob Monster, but of an anti-Kiwi Farms clique within the tech industry that is more than willing to parasitize off these tech companies to try to bring the Kiwi Farms down. This clique is probably quite sympathetic (if not outright connected) to Liz Dong-Gone, and they might have had something to do with the Cogent situation as well.
I hope Null files the lawsuit as soon as possible, because it's no guarantee that Epik might even survive for much longer, and this anti-Kiwi Farms clique will most certainly try to slither away into a new host company when it does collapse.

Dear leader, if you are going to do the media circuit, please use something other than uncles Ted's college photo as pfp.
