British fast food chain
Fish and chips and meat pies and haggis
Edit: So fish and chips apparently does exist but I should be able to get a Shepherd's Pie in a fast food restaurant

Sunday Dinner
Name for a Yankee version of Cracker Barrel. Every meal is based around a roast and you always have access to Thanksgiving sides and turkey

Starvin Marvins
I made this stupid joke in another thread and nobody bit, but Irish-Ethiopian-Ukrainian fusion

Tafts Supreme Food Court
Taft-themed restaurant. Sign is literally just this campaign poster:

Every single dish (appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dinner, salad, dessert) comes with a 12 oz steak on the side. The food is served out of bowls shaped like bathtubs.

Dawgz's Deli

It's just Katz's but run by the puerto ricans that actually make your food and costs half the price.

His name was Arthur Treacher.
My Pa has talked about a Great Lakes chain called that that served fish. I've never been there, it's nearly extinct. It was compared to the fish camp restaurants Captain D's and Long John Silvers, which is all the same shit at the end of the day. Captain D's is regional and had an explicitly Southern menu (like hush puppies and green beans w. ham and such as sides). Long John Silvers was disgusting garbage.

I think that kind of exists, but much like native british they are going the way of the dodo as the British government replaces them with pajeets and assorted migrants. Though not for Sheppard's pie but for meat pies. It's honestly fascinating cause I have never seen a plate that looked so boring yet still made me want to dig in.

You know conveyor belt sushi? That for sandwiches/burgers.

Genius. Tiny sliders, so you can eat one of everything. Violently american.

hot dog stands but with those green/purple ketchup things they had in the 2000's.

i like onigiri but its hard to find any place in america that has them, so a japanese style convenience store/konbini that just has those.

i once encountered a place that sold edible cookie dough like ice cream but it immediately closed down, so that i guess.

Would love to see a restaurant that serves those Japanese 7-11 style sandwiches. Like, a place where they offer sides and drinks and ice cream, and you can get takeout or sit down.
