I was drunk continuously for close to a year in my early 20s. Shitty whiskey in coffee, vodka nips, pretty much around the clock, in addition to the usual college boozing (mostly beer in my case). Still not sure why I started nor why exactly I stopped. Curiously also had one of my best semesters academically in the middle of it all, though that wouldn't have been a high bar to cross.

I have partial heterochromia. The outer rim of my irises are light blue and my inner rim is grey.

When I was a kid I used to catch sawyer beetles and burn them or nail them to trees because I guess I was a sadistic asshole. I wouldn't do it with any other bug though, just them.

You are a true hero. Civ II was awesome. Did you ever play the original Colonization?

I've been online since before the internet was opened up for private use, though I didn't use the internet until 1994. I used online services (precursors to ISPs) such as Q-Link and AOL. I also used local BBSes extensively.

I got called "werewolf" in high school by my friends because of how hairy I was compared to our classmates. I also had a bit of a temper.

Incidentally, one of my friends who's pale as fuck got called "vampire".

Hi there! Yep - I used to play that and the first CIV - The good old days of EGA and VGA!

Remember having to fuck with AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS to get memory hog games to work? I had a whole box of boot disks for games that required their own special boot configuration to work. I only played Civ I briefly, as II came out shortly after I discovered I liked strategy games.
