Agree with everything in your edit. I felt a bit sorry for her by the end of it all and think she's autistic, confused, notlikeothergirls, very easily influenced, didn't like her body and genuinely has PCOS (maybe thought going on T would negate it) and has gone completely off the rails with her T fuelled libido . I don't think the alexjcrowley tumblr account is actually hers - Sanremo blogging can definitely go on main and their blog content is different. Their engagement with the riddler and penguin seems to be much more focused on the tv show Gotham rather than the 2022 movie which riddlemetits prefers (though she has drawn both). Alexjcrowley is also very vocal about being ~aromantic~ which riddlemetits hasn't ever mentioned and which would also belong on main given that it's a handy modifier for oppression points in that corner of the internet.
I could get really autistic about breaking down their posting styles and fandom engagement but long story short I don't think it's a sideblog. A lot of Tumblr content gets very insular because of the lack of algorithm and two blogs can look identical without being the same person just based on a few points of crossover. Most tumblr users won't create a multifandom sideblog either - sideblogs are for specific fandoms, aesthetics, or purposes, no one would have two catch-all blogs running at once.

You may be right. I cant find definitive proof its her or not. My thinking was it's a guilty pleasures type blog and using different character traits to obscure the identity but equally could be a different but similar degenerate. If you think you can prove it either way with forensic autistry go for it.
