Godspeed. I used to frequent the site to learn how to lift as a chubby and sad young lady. I got fucking ripped for a while, lol. I just started lifting regularly again after a few years and innumerable 'okay, tomorrow is the day' that never happened. I would save web pages and print them out to stick in a gym binder I made for myself. I cant remember the name, but I think a lady named Jamie had blogs/pics/workouts there as a professional bikini comp or weightlifter/trainer and Ibalways strived for her type of physique.

Wow that's surprising news. I end up on there a couple times a year, either searching for something specific or linked from elsewhere. Always figured it was big enough to be self-sustaining and reasonably independent of Globohomo influence unless it eventually pissed off enough troons to get the KF treatment.

That place is probably responsible for more guys picking up healthy habits and changing their lives for the better than any website I can think of.

It makes me sad when sites from the old Internet die.
