RIP Thread

GOOD.

Anyone associated with NPR can eat dicks in hell.
I had a coworker who blasted NPR in the security booth at work. when asked why he would do such a retarded thing he responded "its brain food maybe you will learn something". He was such a pompous jackass, like fatrick levels of asshat.

Yoshitaka Murayama, creator of Suikoden, passed away from "complications from an undisclosed illness".

This one really upsets me.

I love Suikoden since it was the first JRPG game that made me want to get interested in the genre.

The fact that this happened when it was announced late last year that the remastered versions of the game will be coming out soon is just bittersweet.

John was a very interesting individual who blogged and vlogged prolifically on a range of topics including wildlife, electronics, sustainable living, and faith. Certainly not your average Youtube 'content creator', he was out there doing his own thing and sharing out without pandering. I kept returning to his channel and blog regularly since he made the move off-grid back in 2008 but hadn't checked in a few months, only to find he had passed suddenly.

An odd mash-up of a man somewhere between Dick Proenneke, Louis Rossman, and a sane Terry A. Davis. I am very sad that he is gone after ~16 years of enjoying his content.
