I saw the 90's Batman cartoon before the 60's series. I was obsessed with Batman as a kid, and was introduced to the 60's series later on. I liked both versions. I was too young to register something as "cheesy" or "campy." I didn't give a shit about any of that, I was just happy to have more Batman stuff to watch.Yes, RIP Adam West
I remember watching Batman in reruns as a kid, and I loved it. I never could get into the brooding, grimdark edgelord Batman incarnations... the TV show could have been considered "silly", sure (BOP! POW! WHAM! ZOWIE!) but the show version of the caped crusader was clearly and undeniably a hero.
I may go try to find a few episodes on YouTube for the nostalgia. Thanks for the memories, Mr West.
