You know whats really funny though? Trump is more of an Urbanite than Bob is. He even lived/lives in Manhattan with the Superior Elite. If Bob had any self awareness at all I would say that would have to sting.

  3. Communist utopia.
In this case “???” is replaced by AI, robots, 3d printers, nanotech, space energy, and Harry Potter that will provide everything for us. It will be like the spaceship in “WALL-E.”

The “mechanization” shit he’s talking about is also referred to as Fully Automated Luxury Communism.

That's kinda what I assumed (though it calls into question him saying communism is obsolete too) but even in a perfect world where everything is automated and jobs aren't needed, you'd still have people trading resources outside of the state. That's still capitalism as far as I understand.

"The state" doesn't even exist in the Superior Future according to Bob anyways outside his vaguely defined one world government.

This Twitter exchange really exemplifies why I sincerely hate Bob with a passion. "Hate" is very strong word and the better part of my nature wants to believe that the people I disagree with have good intentions, but the ugly truth is that Bob is one of the most vile and malicious cretins to exist. There is no doubt in my mind that he is evil. He may see himself as on the side of angels, but he is the worst kind of devil and I can see no better personification of at least six of the seven deadly sins.

In this this case, I see equal parts wrath and pride. He hates the people of Middle America while claiming that they are the ones who are hate-filled bumpkins who are jealous of his "evolved" status. The ugly truth is that he is a insufferably ignorant throwback who knows jack-shit about his field of "expertise" and even less in others like politics and science. The man has no fucking vision either. He just latches on to a trend like a lamprey and boasts that he is some sort of insightful visionary when he is a brain-dead demagogue who will parrot whatever his in-group or favourite corporation tell him to think.

Oh, and I find the idea of Bob winning a round of fisticuffs laughable. Tell me, Bob, when was the last time you got some exercise? And know, climbing up the stairs to pick up the pizza from the deliveryman does not count. I would be surprised if he had that much muscle mass to speak of and what remained has atrophied to near uselessness. Also, given that diabetes can lead to blindness, I doubt he would be able to hit his target or even see a fist before it hit him in the face. He would get curb-stomped in a fight, and to be frank, I would like to see it happen. He is prideful to the point of delusion and there would be something satisfying in seeing his illusion of invulnerability shattered.

I don't take Bob seriously enough in that arena. If Bob had the mental capacity he would be a destructive force in the world. But it's like what @PurpleDude is always saying with that Mario cosplay photo: he's just a giant man-child throwing a temper tantrum. He's never going to unleash his "superior future" onto the world because he just isn't capable of reaching that level.

That being said, I would heed caution in dealing with him. Even a man-child can snap and do harm on the small scale instead of the grand scale.
