CareercowRobert Chipman / Bob / Moviebob / "Movieblob" - Middle-Aged Consoomer, CWC with a Thesaurus, Ardent Male Feminist and Superior Futurist, the Twice-Fired, the Mario-Worshipper, publicly dismantled by Hot Dog Girl, now a diabetic
Now this might be because I'm a pretentious faggot who shops at organic market places and does their best to avoid crappy convenience stores, but is the Indian immigrant running a 7-11 really such a prevalent demographic of people that it can be called a stereotype?
I don't visit the chain myself very often, but I typically see middle-aged Mexican men and women working at 7-11's. It just seems a little strange for such a specific thing to be a stereotype.
Hey now! Alex Jones has some charm and likability to him (may not agree with him but I'd go drinking with him) and he actually went onto the show of a political opponent instead of staying in a bubble.

Bob seems pretty quick on his diabetic stumps feet to get this trilogy out.
Watch at your own discretion, but TL;DR:
When Bob starts his video he first gives the textbook definition of Colloquialism and Racism. Bob asks the question if Apu is a racist caricature, he says though technically yes, its complicated now, since people found it funny and acceptable in the 90's. Bob then explains apu's character conception and why so many Indian immigrants work at 7-11s. He concludes that Apu was funny because he was a 90's racial stereotype.
Bob next claims that The Simpsons doesn't deny Apu is a little racist but like with all of their other stereotypical characters people like them because the writers also add amazingly done characterization. He believes that despite the positive treatment the writers gave Apu is still racist because it's an all white male writing team. This is shown in more modern episodes for example the episode "much Apu about something", where the traditional Apu is at odds with his millennial nephew. Apu is painted the good guy for being traditional but said traditions are heavy stereotypes made up by the still white writing team. Ultimately bob is displeased by the fact in all these years The Simpsons have done nothing to address arguably their second worst idea.
(the first is "indirectly to help normalize Juilian Assange in WikiLeaks")
Immediately after that at 15:16 bob puts a wall of text that reads:
Ha Ha! It's funny, because he's pretending to be a political prisonder to dodge rape charges and claiming champion progressive transparency while aiding white-nationalists and right-wing hate groups to subvert democratic elections.
Bob in the end states it is still racist for a team of white male writers to make a well written but still stereotypical Indian like Apu.
Bob then asks "for a chracter like Apu, what can you do ?", where he begins with his part 3.
Bob loves to push feminist talking points while simultaneously objectifying women. Sure I objectify women but I've never claimed to be a damn feminist.
Isn't this the same dude who called Meagan Fox a blow up doll? Like, not to defend an actress with all the range of cardboard, but that's still not the behavior of a respectable male feminist all..... Okay, maybe it is in light of all these revelations. Lol,
Think we're ever gonna find out if Bobby here has a past with such behavior?

It just depends on where you are. I don't frequent 7-11's all that often, but the gas stations/convenience stores I have gone to have been owned and operated by different people depending on where I am:
Where I grew up, the nearby gas station was owned by people that I don't know if were necessarily Indian, but were from that region of the world (middle east-south asia).
When I moved to a different state, every gas station I went to was operated by blue collar white folks.
Generational myopia? Am I looking at a (near) 40 year old pulling the "You just don't understand kids like me!" card? What a story.
I'm over a decade younger than Bob and I want the MCU to end because it'd hopefully mean more attention can be put on unfucking the comics and adaptations are mostly trash compared to the source material anyways. You're lying if you think MCU Spider-Man can ever have the weight and history of his comic self. Movies aren't really a great medium for those kinds of episodic stories anyways unless you're only there for explosions and shaky cam "fight scenes". Earth-616 or bust.

Thing is. The MCU could work as a entire TV show since they could capture the episodic feel of the comics better rather than films, But even then they are multiple films that take a different path from the usual superhero story. Logan, and Deadpool are the more noticeable ones since they have their own favors, and identity to stick out on the genre. Something Bob won't give them credit for because they are not from Marvel studios.

Everyone does my friends. Unfortunately, with the X-Men now back at Marvel, the MCU is never going to end, meaning we'll have to see more of Bob's sperging. However, we will soon start to see a decline in quality starting with Infinity War and/or Avengers 4 because all of the original actors will be soon gone.
And while I keep banging this drum in hopes it happens for real, I really don't see Marvel staying at Disney any longer. Pretty soon, someone will take over Bob Iger's position and will view Marvel and Marvel Studios as a unnecessary addition to the Disney units, along with Fox and Lucasfilm. It would benefit all the studios who are currently sick and tired of Disney taking up space at the box office and it would be very awesome when it happens because we would see Bob throw a massive temper tantrum bigger than the one he had when Trump won. He would also have to put up with MCU-less movies for the real of his life and be annoyed at new, original blockbusters leaving more of a cultural impact than the MCU.
And if you think Marvel no longer being owned by Disney won't happened, well please considered that everyone thought Miramax would stay at Disney forever, but they were wrong when Disney sold the studio to a investing firm in 2010. Though much like Miramax, Marvel Studios will be a shell of its former self by next year or 2020.

Hey Bob, Black Panther is as much a "sci-fi epic" as you are a professional bodybuilder.

Well shit, that gives me a more convincing reason that the MCU will start to suck in quality starting with Infinity War. As first I thought that it was Kevin Feige's tunnel-vision, creative-risk free, no director's control, mentality that was running the show, but now the MCU is like every other franchise, control by the CEO and shareholders. That also explains why the super unnecessary Star Wars sequel trilogy has been total ass.
Seriously, I hope George Lucas grows a pair and buy back Lucasfilm before Iger and Kathleen Kennedy drive the franchise to the ground further by appealing to Bob and his ilk.

Not happening. He's long past his hayday, and has pretty much left the game. The best they could do is remplace kennedy for someone like filoni since he knows Star wars better than everyone. However it's gonna take a lot to pull that off. I enjoy the new films, but I do get the sentiment.
Bob hates white bread people yet he's more white bread than anyone he complains about. It's deliciously ironic (not that Mr. McNugget Gross would know anything about what is "delicious" either)
