To be fair, it's been widely reported by now that ME: Andromeda was such a staggering shitshow of incompetence from start to finish, it's plausible the botched facial models were not actually intentional.

As for this Black Cat thing, well, let's take solace in that she's based on an actual woman with authentic ladyparts and everything.

Here's her comic costume for reference, it seems all they really did was get rid of the cleavage, lose the god awful fur tufts, and change her mask a bit. It's clearly the same character and I would venture to say that anyone who gets worked up on either side of the argument is being at best slightly autistic.

That's actually one of the tamer depictions. I've seen panels of her with a cleavage opening that goes down to her navel. Slightly ridiculous even by my cheesecake-lovin' standards (how does the outfit stay on during all her acrobatics? Must be her latent mutant power).
