To be fair, you could argue that between the Senate and Electoral College, the gray areas are over represented in government based on population. And while the House of Representatives isn't completely equal either, it is more directly proportional of population.
Of course, Bob doesn't care about that or the arguments made in the Federalist Papers. He's just salty his side lost. He wants a dictatorship, but only one that supports his beliefs.

Look at that video and listen to his delivery, the exasperated but passionate tone is exactly the kind of speach pattern that Bob has been trying to emulate for the last decade.
