Five days. Five days! That amazes me. I'm trying to imagine the aroma that oozed forth from that bag when he finally opened it.
Christ. I really need Bob to explain what FIVE days of marinating can accomplish that THREE can't.
Every Google result in the top 10 I got for "what happens if I marinate a chicken in vinegar for five days" includes some variation of "you're making things worse, not better" and "if you're not eating a chicken after maaaaaaybe three days of refrigeration, it's likely going to start spoiling"
