Not to mention, if you're apparently swamped under the workload of trying to get all that done week after week, maybe you should consider paying someone to help out.
Two examples of this in action. RedLetterMedia has a core of three (Mike, Jay, and Rich) who trade off duties for filming and editing, and other guests generally step in to help with technical aspects (if there's five people in a Best of the Worst episode, one will usually be behind the cameras). I don't think Rich does editing, but between Mike and Jay, they generally put out at least one half-hour-to-hour-long video every week, with proper lighting, sound mixing, framing, and editing.
Then there's Adam/YMS, who more recently started paying editors to help out with his shorter videos and gaming channel. He still does his long-form videos himself, but in order to keep content coming out at a steady pace, passing the easier stuff to some other editors makes sense. The result of hiring other editors is that between both channels, he's generally got anywhere from three to five short videos out each week (just like Bob claims to be doing), when he often had periods of sparse releases when he was doing it all himself. And while he doesn't do much filming for his reviews, he does know how to edit well.
Robert, meanwhile, shits out his garbage opinions with garbage production values multiple times a week, and expects us not to criticize him because "I'm working so hard guise." People have pointed out all the various problems his videos have beyond his blistering hot takes, and yet he never makes any sort of improvements. He's still producing videos like it's 2009 when he first got started, seemingly unaware that the world is passing him by.
And what's the result of all this? Well, let's do a comparison of the latest videos from each of these creators.

And to head off any criticism that "oh but my main videos are on the escapist channel," here's that channel too:

RLM and YMS have roughly a million subscribers each, the former having a consistent 500k+ views per video, the latter consistently 200-300k or more.
Bob has less than 150k subscribers, and even on a good day he can't break 100k views by and large. His good days are usually around 50k.
Even on the Escapist channel where he should be able to take advantage of a million+ subscriber base, he's still only rarely going above 50k views. And yeah, he might claim that "oh they're just uploads after they get posted to the escapist website," but who the fuck goes to other websites to watch videos these days? Even if you take him at his word and double the view count, those numbers are pathetic.
Bob, you're really, really bad at this. Dare I say...Really That Bad?
