There's a few things about this that I like. First is the TW which I couldn't figure out what it was for a minute or so. When I did realize that he meant Trigger Warning I was immediately even more confused because he did even bother trying to hide the "animal violence" DIRECTLY BELOW. Second is his sudden care about animals. The only other time I saw him say anything about the evils of hunting was the second time an outrage mob got mad at the owner of Jimmy John's for shooting an elephant. He was as genuine then as he is now, believe it. Lastly, if you read through the replies, there's two people, by my count, that are even remotely on Bob's side, one being a vegan and the other saying don't knock Mountain Dew in cooking.

I have a feeling that Bob bought into that idea that all the dumb jocks will be flipping burgers once they graduate, while good boy Bobert gonna go off to film school and they're going to be so wowed by his success. They'll be sorry, they'll come back groveling at the high school reunion for the chance for some of his clout to rub off on them.

Seeing someone like Joe with more success than him reminds him that isn't the case. He's a wrongthinker. He's a jock. His audience is obsolete. That money, that influence, Bob feels entitled to it. Bernie should be coming to Bob to reach out to his audience. He should be taking Bob's advice on the political situation.

Another Bobism I notice is how he often goes the extra mile when he tries to make a reference to someone he hates, which makes his tweets even more of a garbage word salad than they would be otherwise. Instead of "the second-most embarrassing former cast member of NEWSRADIO," he could've just said "the Fear Factor guy" and gotten the exact same point across. Only difference is that his tweet would be much clearer since it's referencing what more people would know Joe Rogan for, and he'd be using much fewer words.

He strikes me as the sort of person who gussied up his essays in high school with a bunch of rambling nonsense because he thought it would make him look smarter if there were more words on the page.

"Trump's shaky base?" Where are you getting that? If anything, Trump's base is even more behind him now thanks to all the impeachment bullshit going on. Guys, keep in mind that in his book Cinema Robert admitted to bullying other kids in school on occasion to try and get the cool kids to like him. From the sound of it, it didn't work. But it's okay because he felt bad about it, you see. So that casts a whole new light on his angry, dehumanizing tirades against school bullies, ie- he's a massive hypocrite about that too. Unless he thinks he and his family deserve death threats.
