Firstly, California isn't a city, Robert. Secondly California, New York and similar states and cities are plagued with ridiculously high rent prices and taxes, homelessness, high crime rates and people shitting in the streets. Also, if California is so great, why are there more people leaving it than there are people moving in?

It's things like this that show just how superficial Bob's knowledge of the world at large is. Oh, he's been in bankruptcy several times. Obviously that means he's a moron and a failure. Guess what, Bob, business bankruptcies aren't that big a deal. There's lots of reasons for them. Most often it's done to restructure your debt setup. There's plenty of good reasons for them and no one takes them very seriously. Well, except for idiots on twitter. I would love for Bob to explain, in his own words, just what a bankruptcy is and what the difference is between a personal bankruptcy and a business bankruptcy.

I will say in Blob's defense, unless you live on the coasts, Amtrak might as well not exist. If you're dead set against flying, why drive two hours and then take an eight hour train when you can just drive 9 and get there sooner?
Edit: And that's assuming the place you want to go is actually the place with an Amtrak stop (it likely isn't).
