Don't count on Bob being able to think. As a guy who spends his time writing scripts and big words in 280 characters or less I don't believe that he actually thinks that America will be destroyed by a factor of ten, which is what decimate means. And yes I'm being that pedantic because Bob loves his big words and failing to realize that a lack of coast to coast rail means that infected people can't move that easily.
