I think the pictures provide some context to Bob's ranting about mayonnaise ghouls and the Superior Future. Like others have pointed out, Bob's family (and Bob himself) are the exact same white trash Bob rants against. We're just marveling at the unbelievable dissonance between Bob's views and his lifestyle.

Oh I get that, I'm just not sure we needed half a dozen pictures each of his niece and a house he doesn't live in to get that point across. Bob being white trash is pretty well covered ground, from the beer he drinks, to watching wrestling, but then the thread does tend to tread water between major sperg-outs. I probably should have just waited it out like normal.

Let's see if I can simplify this. Bob is a pretentious assnugget that aspires to join the Cultural Elite of the East Coast. To this end, he attends movie festivals, eats at overpriced steak restaurants, posts elitist talking points on Twitter, has expressed a desire to "urbanize" large swaths of the country and wishes to starve out the inferior white trash rurals whom he thinks are standing in the way of his happiness. Bob frequently posts pictures of redneck Trump supporters looking like they just stepped out of a Lil' Abner comic and mocks them for their appearance and habits. So finding out that Bob is essentially himself, white trash helps to answer the questions many of us had about why he would loathe a certain demographic so much. Bob is the white equivalent of a self-loathing Uncle Ruckus.

The pictures of Bob's apartment and the interior of his brother's house (which look like a filth encrusted version of Lilek's Interior Desecrations Website,) highlights the hypocrisy that Bob spews everyday. A man of Bob's ambition should be living in a stylish Manhattan loft. Instead he hangs out with his brother in a poorly maintained house. Bob hasn't lifted a single finger or offered a single dollar of assistance to upgrade said house despite large parts of it being active health hazards. And it's not because he doesn't have the money, it's because he's lazy. Even if the decor were up to date, it'd still be a pissing trough in time because Bob and his family just don't care. They can't see why it should change. That's the purpose behind showing the photos. They do indeed get the point across. This is a thread for dunking on Bob and on the rare occasions when he lobs us a slowball, we swing for the fences.

I'm not even going to put blame on Bob for this. Because at the end of the day the big question I have is why hasn't Chris maintained his house when he owns it? He has a decent job and family responsibilities. The house is not only poorly maintained sanitation wise, but it clearly is falling apart to the point that repair is necessary.

These photos are so revealing about the Chipman family beyond Bob. If there was even any doubt left, it's become clear more than ever that Bob's family is just as lazy, stupid and inept as he is.
