Not to divert from Bob, but why hasn't Shaun ever received a thread on here? He's like the perfect candidate. Is it just because he's received way too much mainstream attention.

Speaking just for me, but I always found Shaun King way too much of a grifter hack. Sure, a lot of cows are grifters, race baiters and what not, but bleach boy over here is so much of a fraud to not even be genuine pathetic. Everything about this guy feels fake to me,not just his alleged "race", that it just doesn't get my attention.

The asshole may be notorious in a main stream way, but at the same time, his race baiting antics are a dime a dozen on twitter.

To me, a good cow needs to be invested, they need to believe this shit. Robert is genuine in his insane world views. Not any basic bitch like Shaun king can be a cow, you need to be trully exceptional for that title. And from what I could gather from KF, people here don't drink just any milk from randos on twitter.

Bob’s two Twitter feeds are bursting with his violent fantasies and utter rętardation. In no particular order, but let’s start with the most moronic:

He literally made 3 separate posts on that cop office picture posted above. Looking in the mirror must make him mad.

Does anyone know what the fuck he means here?

I don't feel like making pithy responses to all these tweets, so I'll just focus on this one.

Mild powerlevel: I was a computer science major in college. Some of my studies specifically involved robots, machine vision, and other things that would essentially be required to make Robocop a reality (well, an actual robot cop, not a Peter Weller cyborg). I learned first-hand the difficulties associated with all of these, and I left college with the knowledge that robots have a fucklong way to go to widespread usage in society, even for relatively basic tasks.

A robot police officer? Don't make me fucking laugh, Bobbo. Self-driving cars still have problems staying on the road, sometimes fatally. For every video of a Boston Dynamics robot doing something really cool, there are countless videos of robots fucking up any number of ways. Facial recognition software can be fooled by fucking Juggalo makeup. What makes you think that a robot police officer is coming anytime soon? With today's technology, a copbot would wrongly identify a suspect and stumble after it at a staggering two miles an hour before falling over and kicking its legs until its battery runs out. Aside from bomb disposal robots (which are remote-controlled, not autonomous), you're unlikely to see any sort of robots at a police department for decades, if ever.

Bob's fetishization of technology replacing the working class would be more repulsive if it weren't so hilariously wrong.

J. K. Rowling was something of a Leftist idol- not because of any special beliefs she held, but because she was a woman who wrote books about a boy wizard that they happened to like. Now that they're grown and Rowling has "fuck you" money, she can say things that go against the Leftist orthodoxy. The Leftists are pissed that the woman they idolized is denying their beliefs. They would very much like to #Cancel her, but again, she's rich enough that she can afford to say such things.

The answer to why he's so hilariously wrong stems from the same source as to why he's hilariously wrong about everything else - no real life experience. If Bobbert had the privilege of actually working with any reasonably complex machine, he'd know that complexity increases service time and cost. If his robot utopia came tomorrow he'd still be stacking empty beer cans in his basement apartment, Jimbob would still work as a car mechanic [only with a higher pay rate now], and Cleetus would go from truck driving to autonomous truck repair. Because some jobs are simply too complex to automate without fucking Star Trek tech.

Revolutions are rarely kind to obese fucks who urge others to acts of violence while sitting on their fat asses and thinking they're a big deal, Robert.

Shaun talks about how cops are a bunch of thoughtless grunts who are used by those in power to hit people with sticks, and Robert replies, "What we need is literal thoughtless grunts whose stick beatings will be fully automated! Won't that be wonderful?"

As much as I disagree with Shaun's hot take, this is a wonderful example of why he hates Robert, and is very much right to do so.

The tin knocker shop I work at could never in a million years be automated. It's way too customized and complicated. Bob doesn't understand much of anything that wasn't working at a video store though.

Bob really is hilariously ignorant on these matters. It's not just being overly optimistic, it's absolute ignorance. Made more hilarious by him believing himself to be a thinker and part of the brave new world of tech-savvy people. And yet, he still can't chromakey properly. There's a lot of stuff that won't be automated anytime soon. Sure, manufacturing cars en masse can be automated to a large degree, but every single change requires a person reprogramming those robots. Making custom stuff? Can't automate that all that easily (although I had a plan for a combined pick-and-place/laser writing/drilling/soldering machine that could create custom PCBs in a single step. The market isn't there for such a development, though), and true AI is a long way gone.
Bob's tardtakes on media and politics on the other hand are just basic and shallow enough that it'd be really easy to replace him with a trained neural net. Half his tweets don't resemble real intelligence, either, so artificial intelligence would work just fine.
And his video quality is shit enough that it'd be a lot easier to deepfake than, dunno, the videos of Chandler Dickinson aka Old School Forge.

That's the funniest shit when it comes to automation. Current shit tier 'journalists' are being automated already. There's a huge shift towards automating law work, with current prognosis being that within a decade major law corporations will start offloading associate work onto bots, leaving experienced senior associates/partners to run the show, as it turns out lawyers are highly overpaid and highly repetitive when it comes to the content of their work.
Steve's autoshop tho? To replace steve you'd need a dozen different bots with entire libraries of tech manuals mapped, and even that could not be enough.

As the old adage goes: "Dont meet your heroes".
In this case it should be: "Dont tweet your heroes".

I remember hearing a guy from Boston Robotics say "We can build a robot soldier that can shoot an apple at 1200 meters, first shot, every shot. But that robot can't tellm an apple from an orange."

And how do you simulate that in a game? Your robots don't "miss" (aside from a weapon malfunction); they fail to understand what is going on. I wonder if they pulled that off in SOnic Adventure 2. Haven't played that, but there do seem to be bits where the players rides a mech, and instead of "aiming" you "select targets."

There is also, I kid you not, a film called Automatic (1995 with Gruner, the poor man's Van Damme) where a robot stumbles across a rape in progress, and is simply baffled by what it's seeing. It's immediately obvious to any human an assault is taking place, but the robot really struggles until it finally realizes what is happening. It sounds ridiculous and it's not a good movie, but it's a remarkably convincing scene.

It's really fascinating stuff, and Bob is an utter tard for believing this is right around the corner.

And best of all, they can't stop consooming Harry potter crap, unable to act upon their gay little boycotts, because unlike comics and videogames, these cunts actually like those shitty books.

They might sigh and whine, and even pretend to give the #cancel treatment, but they will always come back to the brand they like.

Robert’s automation ranting proves he doesn’t understand the complexity of science and technology. He can’t separate reality from fiction. He truly believes that everything will come magically with a stroke of a wand. Science takes a lot of time, patience, and critical thinking to come up with inventions, formulas, and experiments that can be successful.

Of course! How did I not see this before? Bob is obsessed with automation because it already took away the only other job he actually loved.
