Bob's that guy who blurts out his homosexual fantasies out of nowhere:

Amazing, he not only took it as if Cruz meant the limerick literally but he then went on to misunderstand it! A five line dirty limerick that has no meaning except to throw as much obscenity as possible at you! Bobby: You only think a guy who can suck his own dick is virile because you're both too small AND too big,
in the wrong ways. It's just wanking with extra contortions.
Bobby cannot accept
Ghostbusters: Afterlife serves it purpose as entertainment even if he himself is entertained.

Is "Fine" his current way of saying "Good but I can't admit it?"
Also: The premise of Marvel movies is "What if some people had abilities far beyond what a human can do and donned costumes to fight other people with similar abilities?" Now tell me again about the Eternals and all its Enochian/Dantean symbolism, O Infinite Font Of Wisdom Moviebob.
Bobby's fondest memory of
Ghostbusters came from the spin-off cartoon -- and he presumes to speak on behalf of everyone:

I think it's rather nice that Isaiah above him gets it right in one short sentence while Bob takes two run-on sentences across three tweets to get it totally wrong.
I remember the cartoon, some of it was pretty good. (See also my previous comments about the writes of He-Man and She-Ra because there's a lot of overlap.) But I don't let it consume me. Also, if you're going to agonize about "lore" - the cartoon is meant as a direct continuation of the movie despite everyone looking different but how the hell does Fembusters fit into that? It's absolutely a different continuity. Bah, I'm overthinking this prattle. My first exposure to Highlander was the animated series (the actual for-kids cartoon with pacifist immortals, not
The Search For Vengeance) but I certainly don't let that be my keystone for anything because while I can be a moron I'm not
that stupid.
Also.... The Real Ghostbusters came out just as I was starting to get "awareness" of things rather than just watching TV for the colors and action. Pretending to be a ghostbuster is the first thing I remember make-believing with the neighbor's kids. Bob's younger than me so either I was slow (can't rule it out) and he was a prodigy (HA!) or he only started watching it late, after it had been executive-meddled to hell and I, even with my little child brain, had decided it wasn't fun anymore.
Explains a lot, really.
Crossover with Linkara and another shameless plug:

He thinks Linkara is helpful. This, too, explains a lot. Not surprised they get along, they both were big into that wanky power fantasy "look at all my LORE!" skit BS when it was at its peak.
