I for one am all for requiring public officials to have to take IQ tests, as well as drug tests, background checks involving conflicts of interest, and tests that prove they know the constitution.

We can't do that. No robot has done anything bad enough to deserve Bob having his way with them. Plus, I have to think that Bob raping a robot is when "Kill all humans!" goes from words to actions. I too am a man of culture as I'm a MST3K fan. I get very bad diminishing returns from Rifftrax. A noticeable amount of their jokes can be summed up as "Oh look at X. Oh wait! Did I say X? I meant ridiculous and verbose description of Y" or "Oh man I really like X and by that I mean the opposite". It gets old reeeeeeeeeeeeal fast. I'll give Bob credit for not sucking them off and using it as an excuse to flex his wikipedia knowledge of this flick, for whatever that's worth.
Imagine thinking obscenity laws are still being seriously enforced in the United States. Or that the FCC is regularly clamping down on content in some non-vestigial way. The internet has carved a giant gaping hole in the center of what little active censorship was still standing after modern First Amendment jurisprudence.
