Well diversity in their book is simply minorities of different skin colors and he only likes it because they will mostly vote democrat. He does have a rather built in hostility towards anyone of minority status in America that disagrees with his viewpoints though. To him and many "progressives" of his stripe they only really care about securing voter bases as I see right through their moral grandstanding and see how cynical they really are with their beliefs. I think it is safe to say that Bob only views minorities as a resource much like slavers would but from a lens of being the "protector".

Bob should have a look at voting patterns in other countries, it's not as clear as POC = vote for Dems/left wing party. For example in the UK, Hindus, Sikhs and Jews tend to vote pretty much in line with White British people overall, if anything they tend to lean slightly more conservative - all 3 of those groups voted to leave the EU by a larger margin than the country as a whole.

As has been pointed out Bob only likes his precious "POCs" as long as they vote in line with him, as soon as they turn away from the Dems you just know that in his head he'll start thinking of them as "house niggers", "uncle toms" and other racist shit.

After watching this video, I noticed just how hyperbolic Bob is in his description of games and their impact on gaming as a whole. He makes it sound as if licensed games of a property that (after some changes) was primarily aimed at children was on par with the Gone with the Wind or Citizen Kane.
