These people's criticism of direct democracy makes very little sense when the Electoral College actually benefits the evil GOP by giving more influence to rural states.

You and @Pointless Pedant both make excellent points, but the thing that struck me about this latest tack he took against some "Nazi sympathizer" [CITATION NEEDED] is that it is in total and complete contradiction to everything he's been pissing and moaning about regarding "the parts of the country that matter" for literally the whole last year. It just seemed to have whooshed over his head entirely that he did a complete 180 on one of his big pet subjects just to score some points on an annoying Twitter rando.
