Ok, $4,212 per month. Let's assume a regular job hours of 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, 40 hrs a week. 4 weeks a month that's 160 hours. Assume that patreon goes straight to his pocket and divide he's getting $26.325 an hour. Meaning paying a maid $15 an hour leaves him with $11.

BUT there's a catch. Bob doesn't get overtime. Which means if he works say... 200 hrs a month, his pay would actually drop ($21.06 an hour) If he does less work (say, 100 hrs a month) his pay would increase ($42.12). So yeah, it actually works out for him to do less patreon work and clean his own damn room than hire a maid. Heck his patreon isn't even based on per video so he gets paid the same whether he puts out 1 vid or 20.

The only change would be the youtube funding and we all know he keeps getting screwed out of that.

If anything he would make more money paying someone to run his social media accounts (and act NORMAL) and handle the youtube strikes then cleaned his own damn room.
