I don't disagree with you but at this point I don't know what he could say to finally get everyone to publicly shun him. He, either daily or what averages out to be daily, calls for the stripping of voting rights, or the stealing of land/property, or denying of public services, or excommunicating from society altogether, or on the rare occasion supports the military bombing of people he politically differs with. The only place left for him to go is to make actual actionable threats, call a black activist a nigger (this time directly), or purposefully call someone like Brianna Wu a man. Even then I don't know if the people who can cancel him will even care. Time and time again they've been shown to have almost zero integrity and do not hold themselves to their own standards.

For the sake of argument let's assume that they even bothered to follow the rules that they created. What would they get out of policing him? They're not losing people because Bob is blithely saying what a portion of them are all thinking and people on the right have no idea who he is. For being a verified old fag who says deplorable things constantly he barely gets quoted in any right wing publications. I firmly believe it's because he's so insignificant and meaningless that to quote him is the same as quoting an account called BoB_Chipman0411984351801357654 that has a creation date of current month and year. To try to dunk on Bob is to try to dunk on a retard and you shouldn't do that unless that retard purposefully barges into your house and shits on your rug which Bob is known to do.

As it stands now I don't believe that Bob could be cancelled. I mean, what would anybody cancel him from? He's unemployed and lives with his mom now. Plus he's already been cancelled, when Lindsay called him out for being a creepy pest, and nothing happened other than we got a lot of laughs out of it. When that happened he was officially labeled persona non grata and Lindsay's fake apology to him, which she couldn't even finish without breaking, did nothing to change that.

We've all said it at this point. Bob's crime and his punishment is being Bob. There is nothing worse that any of us can do to him than what he inflicts upon himself. If for nothing else that is why he'll be kept around, a grim reminder, a cautionary tale of what happens when you go full Robert.

Bob hasn't been cancelled because he doesn't matter.

He's calling Trump a fake member of the Ruling Class because The Donald supposedly listens to the plebs and gives them what they want. AOC, by contrast, when to all the right schools, thinks the right thoughts, has big titties, and is otherwise what Bob considers a model member of the Ruling Class.

It's a nice, symbolic way to mark the progression of the Advent season, IMO.

At any rate, I've never seen an electric Advent wreath before; all the ones I've used or seen have wax or oil candles. That's not to say they don't exist, but I'm guessing that's probably not what Ma Chipman has in her windows.

The one my parents had (and still have) isn't technically a wreath either, simply a wooden base with five candle holders in it. The ones in my various churches, including my current church, have all had wreaths of (artificial) pine branches below the candles. So I guess there's a couple different ways you can go with the aesthetic, though I'm still gonna go with Ma Chipman just having some weird candelabras.

Though, when you consider how Chris and family never put any of their Christmas shit away year-round, it does make one wonder whether he picked up that habit from his own parents.

In regards to the candles, I wonder if it might be more based on country than religious sect? Like for example The Feast of Sinterklaas in the Netherlands (and maybe other countries, no clue) which I was always told was analagous to Christmas is celebrated by putting out your shoes versus hanging stockings.
