Not sure if he was drunk, but he always seems to be at least four beers deep at any given moment. If he inherited the Chipman addiction gene, it might take a lot more than that to get him truly tanked. Because the most activity they do on a daily basis is walking to their car and back. I'm not even kidding I've known people who think that walking around the block is enough exercise for a week because it made them breathe harder than normal and hurt their legs.
