Personally I would say that Bob is Lawful Evil because of his love of a totalitarian society that he would benefit from. There are three common ways to respond to bullying.(Obviously, there's more than just these 3, but these are the ones I've noticed most:

1. People internalize the abuse they've received, believe it and either live their life trying to "fix" themselves or resorting to escapism and self-harm as a way to cope with the self hatred.

2. People rise up from it, usually with the help of counseling and supportive people in their life, and they develop more empathy for people and treat them kindly, so they can give and receive what they were denied. They'll try to make sure they put enough good out there to drown out the bad.

3. People become bullies themselves. They turn other people into stand-ins for the people who bullied them and repeat everything their bullies did, starting the shitty cycle all over again.

I think I made the point before, but Bob's exceptional autistic "I am not an Atheist because it's obvious there is no god(s)" reasoning (which DUH, yes bob's an Atheist, if you think believe there is no god, regardless of whether any gods ackshually exist, YOU'RE A FREAKING ATHEIST) also has him rejecting the entire concept of redemption. I'm not sure which came first here; the chicken or the egg. Did the concept of redemption activate Bob's autism and he rejected it, or did he reject the concept that any god exists, first, and thus reason that redemption neither exists nor is a useful concept? Maybe one day Bob will speak to that. Whatever the case, it seems that something inside Bob caused him to expand his rejection of Redemption (the purely Christian religious concept), and transferred it to human interactions, whereupon there is no salvation, no forgiveness, no redemption. I'm not sure if Bob rejecting salvation made him more susceptible to buying into the "no forgiveness" concepts inherent in Critical Race Theory/postmodern "antiracism", or whether he rejected salvation after CRT taught him that salvation/redemption/forgiveness cannot exist. It's clear that Bob's base theology, such as it is, is anti-forgiveness. This is a very anti-christ-y thing, but Bob's neither powerful or important enough to be The Antichrist.
