It's one thing to think all your opponents are stupid and evil and literally gross insects that need to be stomped out permanently. That's a typical defensive tactic to excuse moral contradictions. But what I like here, and this isn't the first time Robert has expressed this, is that he also thinks everyone who nominally agrees with him is also as petty and vindictive and intolerant as he is.
Maybe Jen Psaki and Joe Biden don't actually think that 98% of people are garbage that need to be literally starved to death for offending the views of their self-proclaimed betters! Or maybe they do but they just think that publicly expressing those views at every opportunity turns off more people than Fox News! Such doubts would never enter the mind of a Thinker like Bob though!

In regards of his statements about health it is just absolute copium from Bob. He is a sad fat old man that sucks too much Disney dick, spends his time reading children's books, playing children's games, watching movies made for children. He then spends the rest of his time tweeting how adults who do not like said children's media are somehow far right (even though he stans for a company set up by a Nazi supporter). He lacks true agency and a grasp on reality, he is a child in a middle aged man's body. This lack of agency also affects his health as he stuffs his face with junk food while consuming this mindless trash made for ten year olds, his idea of daily exercise is going upstairs to take a shit or going to a gas station to buy some soda. This has led him to be fat, diabetic and hideously ugly.
His immune system will be absolute garbage and was in real danger of being taken out by the Wu-Flu. With his childlike personality he expects the rest of humanity to keep Movieblob alive and protect him from Covid as he thinks it is not his job to look out for himself and keep his one and only body in decent shape.
This also leaks into his wider world view. The reason he hates farmers is because he witnesses these absolute units of true masculinity that are mostly two decades older than himself and he can not understand why they are so healthy and emotionally stable. As of such he he equates being fit and taking care of ones self as some sort of evil. Add to that the fact most farmers also hold traditional values and most importantly these farmers have wives (something Bob will never have) and that just enrages Blob even more. He secretly wants to be them but knows he is too lazy and it is way too late for him to make any serious change so He has decided the best way to own these farmers (who do not even know he exists nor care) is to eat himself into an early grave.
TL;DR The only reason MovieBob does not have a superior future is because MovieBob prevented MovieBob from having one.
