How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

Too selfish to spread Nurgle's plague.
Too lazy to get blood for the blood throne.
Too pathetic to enact Slanesh's lust.
Too enduring in his ways that even Tzeentch can't change him.
Too weak for Gork.
Too stupid for Mork.

Denied by all the ruinous powers, all that is left for Bob is Malice.
Bob really reminds me more of the Skaven, rat men who live underground, believe they're the superior beings to all else destined to rule the world, and that any failure they suffer was due to enemies sabotaging them, and no fault of their own mighty intellect.

Or one of the bitch ass minor chaos powers. Like Necoho, the god of denial, who is so useless that he denies that he is a god.

Lenin is the layup here. This tweet, if genuine, has big "instead we will simply say he is an enemy of the people" energy. That said, I do have my doubts about it's authenticity: the spelling and grammar appear correct, and it's a series of concise sentences in contrast to Bob's typical run-on sprawl and tendency to stretch one banal thought across half a dozen tweets in a fatuous attempt to look like an intellectual.
If it helps, I autistically did a character count, and assuming I didn't mess up, I got 277. Just barely under the line for a single tweet, but using just about every character he was allotted.
At least I know I'm not that autistic.

It's also sad that this is how Bob views entertainment: if it can't be reduced to an X + Y - Z equation, it's not worth thinking about. He needs everything to be safe and formulaic, nothing to challenge his smoothbrain, no complex characters or gray motivations. Any sort of artistry doesn't factor into his enjoyment of a piece of entertainment, it's just "I recognize pattern therefore I smart."

Also, if the reactions from the Star Wars thread are any indication, The Book of Blorba Fatt is an atrocious waste of everyone's time, the definition of spinning wheels because Mando S3 got delayed and shitting on Boba in the process, just like everything else Disney produces. The real equation is more like, (Legacy Character - Accomplishments - Positive Traits) + ("Diverse" Replacement + Everything Good from Legacy Character) + Quippy Bullshit.
I don't know what Blobbo is trying to say here. While each movie in the M:I franchise is more or less standalone, it's clear that they started introducing additional long-term story elements pretty early on (it's been a while, but I'd like to say the third movie). So yeah, obviously some of it is going to matter if they're aiming to reach a story conclusion.

I recall that Bob always has a stick up his ass about the M:I series, and I honestly don't know why. They're fun spy movies that haven't been bogged down in depressing bullshit like the Daniel Craig Bond movies, and Cruise's stuntwork is legitimately impressive. I'd rather have a passion project from a crazy Scientologist than the generic garbage Disney churns out every month.

Touché.

Until Moviebob learns to properly proofread his posts (like using its and it's correctly, ditto your and you're), he's got no room to speak in regards to others' malapropisms.

Spoken like a Believer, Bob.

"...stanning regimes in the 21st Century", said Moviebob, who bend over backwards (and possibly in other physically impossible positions) for Führer Hillary.

What Moviebob calls "mean-spirited pile-ons" are what people with grade-school reading comp levels call "using Moviebob's own words--complete with their proper context--against himm".

Which is why I refuse to argue with Moviebob as much as possible.

For those playing Moviebob Bingo tonight, you're in luck if you have "Blatantly Hypocritical Statement" on it!

I, too, am not worthy. I deserve better than this genuinely unfunny cringe video.

Yeah, it's... gross... but also kinda cute at the same time.

Bob's Big Boy, no question. Everything else in this picture... eh.
No surprise that Bob continues to make an ass of himself.

Because I forgot to mention it, y'all remember when what Bob is advocating for was the real threat in Metal Gear Solid 2 and not the giant robots?
Listen like a good boy Bob.
Oh my fucking god no. This diabetic aberration to humanity can't possibly understand why "controlling context" because some unfeeling inhumane A.I. knows better than you is fucking bad? This sub-literate fucktard couldn't deduce the fucking Patriots are bad with that erratic menacing tone of the fake colonel and the unsettling shril music during the info dump?

As always Type II Bobetes didn't fucking play MGS2 and never saw the affirming speech by Snake at the end where it should be humanity's duty preserve history and disseminate it however we should.

Never have I wanted someone so fucking idiotic to just not exist. Bob really knows how to piss people off just by being so genuinely rock-bottom stupid and flat out unlikable.

edit: It was late, I forgot blobbo lives in a different Obsolete American East Coast breeding ground Assachusetts.

Ok, American.

:story:

That banner always makes me laugh because of how tacky it is, but it's funnier when you consider that half of the stuff on it isn't even American. Tolkien was British, Mario and Godzilla are both from Japan, no idea who the middle chick is beyond being Asian (calm that yellow fever, Bob), and while Robocop is an American movie, Paul Verhoeven is Dutch. The only things definitely American are Orson Welles, Crow from MST3K, Spidey, and Kirsten Dunst (objectifying women again, yikes Bob).

Even funnier is that his production values haven't really gone up at all in over a decade, with the halfway decent clipart in his videos being made for him by someone else, if it wasn't lifted from elsewhere entirely.

I'm EnemyStand and this has been my TEDTalk.
I usually like to play thieves in my RPG's (maybe mage/thieves if the game allows it). For some reason being able to get in and out of problems at my leisure is my first instinct when booting a new RPG.

In conclusion: Terminally online video game addicts have no call to be talking about dump stats, because in real life there ARE no dump stats. You have to work to improve each one. People might have some higher than others, but that's why people form teams. We benefit from having people covering each other's weaknesses. The truth is, people who shit on gym rats and claim to be more intelligent and charismatic just isn't true. In fact, their stats tend to be lower because they've spent no time working on them. That's why people like Bob suffer despite their delusions: in reality, their stats are so low they simply cannot function properly in society, leaving them stuck in ruts and living in their parents house. They are literally low level characters with terrible rolls, and they don't even know it. But instead of leveling up, they want to inflict negative levels on everyone else to make themselves feel better. And we all know how we feel about level drain...

The funniest thing is that, at lower levels, it takes very little effort to improve. The gains you make going from level 1 to level 3 are marginally much higher than what you get from 26 to 27.
Gym people really some of the friendliest I've ever met. This, again, is something these morons don't understand. The community gives you and you give back to the community you're on. I still remember that there was an events group at my local gym (which had christmas dinners, social media challenges, w/e, but it was great to meet new people). That first month in the gym, when you're doing babbies first workout is the best high you'll ever get, much like when you finally scrounge enough xp to stop being a level 1 noobie to become a level 2 noobie.

If we really want to torture the Vidya analogy even further I'd say people like Bob and Chu are the NPC's you have to take on escort quests or the hardmode challenges (which sadly, Ma and Pa Chipman failed), "Let's Play: Keep Moviebob from doing something stupid (Very Hard)"

Anyways, speaking of Chu I remembered today this clip from Cumtown:

Hey
Hey
HEY!

YOU do NOT talk about the Lord of Lynn that way you obsolete non-person! His throne resides in a subburb of Boston Massachusetts! Your talk is that of a believer. You should really start thinking instead.

This geek pride thing was stupid then and even stupider now. The only place nerds were beset on all sides by evil jocks was in movies. Most jocks, in all cases, were too busy training for their sport of choice and banging Stacies to really care about what the nerds were doing with computers and comics. Teachers might have been meaner, but it was in the context of "Look, you have to grow up sometime. Comics and vidya are kids stuff." What people today forget was that was a perfectly accurate statement at the time. Until Millennials got older superheroes and monster movies were just something you enjoyed when the work was done. The ones who made a business out of selling comics were generally thought to be harmless weirdos, but they had a business so the regular people didn't pay the comic shop owners too much mind. Now manchildren like Bob burble on and on about how geeky they are like watching movies and playing games is some kind of accomplishment while blasting the people who came before and made the hobbies they enjoy as racist and out of touch. Sad. It's like a rap star bashing Biggie Smalls or Tupac Shakur. You have to respect your history. Leftists never do.

Heinlein is absolutely right. People have enough higher brain function to be good at many things. It was corporations that forced people into specialized work, and people just went with it. Just look at Michael Douglas in Falling Down: he worked for the Department of Defense but apparently had no other marketable skills when he lost his job when the Cold War ended. Had he had some hobbies and shown he had other interests and abilities, he might have been okay and gotten another job (plus he was only unemployed for a month when the movie starts). But his whole identity was building missiles and protecting America (I think he mentions it three or four times during the movie when someone disrespects him). Instead he went on a rampage through LA.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the more experienced a gym bro or martial artist is the nicer they are to newbies. Reason being they want everyone on their level. Ask Mike Tyson what percentage of the world should take up boxing. Guaranteed if it's not 100% it's everyone who's physically capable of it. When I need help in the gym, I go to the most jacked motherfucker I can find because he'll be super nice about it and by the way do you need a spot, bro? Fatties don't migrate out of their friend groups of other fatties, so they concoct this fantasy that they can't work out because everyone in the gym is a macho bully. Which isn't true because those dudes usually get tossed out by the management for costing the gym paying members leaving the worst ones just apathetic to everything except their workout. Besides, the assholes are mostly roiders anyway, and everyone knows Rare Candies screw up stat growths.

Bob reminds me of Patty from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. For the uninitiated Patty shows up in one quest given to you by a dude named Skelter. He tells you she's going around looking for her master (she's a ghoul which is basically Reinfeld) and is asking EVERYONE where he is and by the way you know he's a vampire, right? Including kine (humans) which makes it a problem because even if most people think she's nuts, you never know when Hunters will show up. When you do find her, she has the most annoying voice you can imagine, is smug as hell, keeps talking about how great her master (who abandoned her, by the way), and if you insult her she hits you back with how pathetic you are compared to her master. Never once does she threaten you with her own power, because she's completely powerless. And if you do try to get her to follow you somewhere secluded so you can shut this annoying bitch up sans witnesses, she walks at half speed compared to other NPCs. The best part? Killing her doesn't ding your Humanity meter because she's just. That. Annoying.

Bobert when a kids genetics say their one gender and you go along with their make believe you're a believer not a "thinker"

Also back in the 90's we warned against PC culture and giving every kid a trophy would lead to a generation of entitled whiny bitches who couldn't handle the real world or the littlest offense.

We seem more like Nostradamus and less like chicken little yelling the sky is fallen with Cancel Culture, Twitter and Wokeness.

Edit: accidentally put an extra "and" in the post.

To be fair to Bob, too much reality is what radicalized me against gender ideology. He has a point there.

What gets me is that Robert Chipman believes he has any place in a future where intellectual ability is prized above all. His only actual useful function in such a world will be as a shitting, sobbing doorstop. Not that there will be any demand for such an object.

Bob unironically believes he is among the top 1% of the most brilliant minds on the planet. He has to, since he has nothing else going for him.

Sure, Cleetus down on the farm might not be wikipediaing random Marvel trivia like the thinker, Blobert, but on the plus side, Cleetus can walk more than ten feet without imminent danger of cardiac arrest.

Maybe if someone were an intellectual beyond what the world had ever seen, curing cancer and reshaping our understanding of the world, sure maybe you're better off just sitting around doing your work and being a fat sack of shit. But that's not me, that's not anyone I've ever met, and it sure as hell isn't Bob.
Also, generational/transformative human intellect doesn't have to advertise itself or struggle for recognition. Its rapidly noticed and promoted by peers and institutions who can profit from it.

Bob's still living in the Muh Superstitious Believers pre-renaissance era where "smaht" could be easily and wholly suppressed if it displeased.

Not so today.

Even if you get modern day Galileo kicked off social media, you can't kill the idea if it's a good one and the censorship is plainly seen not as protecting us from forbidden Dark Magic, but petty tyranny from threatened elites.

Ideas in the info age, despite Big Techs best efforts, cannot be stopped if they are of use and born of fundamentally correct logic.

Just ask those Canadian Honkers, eh?
