I'm not going to bother looking at the video (even the mirror) because I'm already feeling pretty meh and a Bob video would probably make me collapse. But holy fuck, he looks considerably worse than the last full-body pic we saw of him.
He's not quite as wide, so maybe he did lose some weight, but he sure doesn't look like a beacon of health; he looks more like someone who lost weight because they were in the hospital for a couple months. Still has a considerable gut, still has the gaunt cheeks and saggy jowls, hairline's getting worse all the time. And I'm no /fa/ggot, but can someone
please get him some decent clothes? Either go full formal with your suit or ditch the blazer and go full casual. His continued attempts to mix the two are absolute trash.
And judging from those screenshots, his technical acumen continues to remain stuck squarely in 2010, with shit lighting and poor chroma keying. I've said it before, I'll say it again, and I'll keep saying it until the betus claims this lardass: for this being his "job," he
sucks at it.
Y'know, if I were looking for opinions on an adaptation of a fictional work, and I had to choose between fans of the work and critics who are antagonistic towards it, I can absolutely guarantee I would listen to the fans' opinions every time.
I don't care how much Halo hurt your precious Nintenny feelings, Bobbo. I don't care that you want Master Chief to go die in a fire while every game is just Mario forever. Fans reacting negatively to the Halo TV show (and rightfully so, from what I've heard) does
not mean it's actually good. I know everything in your brain boils down to Good Guys (you) vs. Bad Guys (everyone you hate), but maybe, just maybe, the fans are right and it's actually trash. As the reply guy said, it's more than just Chief taking his helmet off, it's a bunch of other bizarre narrative decisions (a human high up in the Covenant hierarchy, the OC donut steel diverse female character that's the actual main character) along with antagonistic remarks from the showrunners ("we didn't look at the games when writing this series") that the fanbase is responding to.
Bob being Bob, if he decides to make a video on this, I can already predict his talking points: the fanbase is entitled, Halo never had a good story, the show is actually good, gamers are just being racist misogynists as usual, Halo fans deserve to be shit on, oh and Sonic 2 is bad.
