A self-torturing monk is clever irony? He's never heard of anchorites? Of mortification of the flesh? Of Lent?

Or does he mean the idea of a god-killer being a monk? If that's the case I have words for you about what the overall Christian plan was for the Norse gods.

(Man, this is such a whiplash after reading the Ancient Magus' Bride, where there's a recurring motif that the fey and the old gods don't much care for Christians.)

Tucker Carlson tells his audience how Biden has zero intention to unite the country. Trespassing suddenly becomes a felony punishable by indefinite imprisonment, when people who voted wrong did it. MovieBob or Stormfront? "This is OUR world, our time, our country. We built it. XXXX are unwelcome guests... leeching on goodwill. XXXX are parasites... bleed them dry."
Gotta ask our North American friends here, but does this talk Robert likes to yap about Blue States having to subsidize the red ones stands?

I'm aware that farming and industry in the US receives massive federal funds, which is common practice in pretty much every western country, even developing ones. And more so, even people against protectionist policies sorta have to consent that keeping some system for internal production does help to prices and supply in control.

But does all that money goes from Blue to Red? And if so how much? Because like every country, most tax money in the US goes to social security. Not to mention that States have their own taxes, and blue states have the largest taxes of the union, and that money won't go to any red state nazi according to Robert here.

Not to mention, yeah Blue states have the largest revenue, but they also have the largest spend on education, infrastructure, Police, social programs, you name it.

So, does Robert have a point, or it all bullshit he heard somewhere once, liked it, and now keeps parroting like all his other non-sense.

I really, REALLY wanna know who's declaring/enforcing these embargoes/NDA's Bob keeps referring to.

Robert is some mailing list for stream previews for critics for their shitty shows, and along with the code comes some sort of "NDA" saying, please don't say anything till the certain time. It isn't a big deal, and the worst thing that could happen if someone broke this "NDA" was just to get removed from the list.

Robert talking about some new crappy show and then going "OHHH, but I can't talk about it, because I'm CONTRACT BOUND to not say anything" is just his way of bragging about being "in the industry" that he loves to boast, as if any Billy with a blog couldn't get into this mailing list.

He just did the same thing recently with that Rescue Rangers movie, talking about a movie he wasn't supposed to disclose about yet, but his jaw hit the floor when he saw a certain character show up, and he was talking about Ugly Sonic.

Yeah, Ugly Sonic is what impresses this guy.

I must admit that I'm not very knowledgeable, not being American and all, and with the fact that knowing fiscal policy for 50 states of a single country with wildly differing rules is a colossal headache I don't feel like tackling. That being said, when people usually say that they often refer to poorer states of a Federalist System needing to be supported by wealthier states. Case in point, California, New York and Illinois are some of the wealthier states in the U.S., all of them blue states, and the same goes for Texas, Ohio, Florida and others, that are either red or purple. Bob is also a colossally biased (and stupid) narrator, so in his tribalistic Worldview the Democrats are saints and every single Republican a Devil, meaning almost everything this guy says can't be taken at face value!

That being said, some industries need to be subsidized for a reason, farming being one that is crucial to any civilization and one that needs subsidies to remain viable. Bob probably equals Big Business and Rural areas with the "obsolete" Republicans and thus hates them to the bone no matter how insane the idea of fucking these areas of the economy is. However, knowing this unhinged lardass, he wouldn't mind if most of the populace starved as long as his local McDonald's remained stocked with his favourite meals!

I made an edit to one of Bob's Tweets that I think more accurately reflects reality.
Narcissism is often rooted in self-hatred. Considering how much severe Blobert's Narcissism is, and how much of an unhinged asshole he can be to complete strangers, it's safe to say he is a deeply miserable person on the inside!

And for a fact, being emotionally involved with a film, a game, a book or some other work is fine and normal to a point. These works are meant to provoke reactions on the viewer, after all, and some are majestically executed to the point of provoking unnatural emotions on the viewer. The problem being that Bob goes to unhealthy lenghts with his emotional mingling with fiction, given his explosive response to a random guy he could simply have ignored!

I decided to do a cross check, I used two sites:

Welfare Recipients by State 2022

List Of Red States (Republican States)

So comparing the two lists, I came up with:

Welfare Recipients States
New Mexico (21,326 per 100k)
West Virginia (17,509 per 100k) (Red State)
Louisiana (17,429 per 100k) (Red State)
Mississippi (14,874 per 100k) (Red State)
Alabama (14,522 per 100k) (Red State)
Oklahoma (14,464 per 100k) (Red State)

Illinois (14,211 per 100k)
Rhode Island (13,890 per 100k)
Pennsylvania (13,622 per 100k)
Oregon (13,504 per 100k)

My guess is that Bob heard this talking point in some agitprop, assumed it was true, and decided not to research it further. Bob is also the type of person who if he read this 20 years ago, and then something big changed in those 20 years would still assert it was true forever. Nothing about Bob's writing suggests to me that he's anything but a Malthusian who wants the poor to die no matter where they happen to live, so I'm not surprised one of the things he's against is welfare payments to the poor while also wanting any jobs they might get so they wouldn't need welfare to be done by cheap overseas workers or better yet by robots.

Yes. See, most of the black people in America still live in the Deep South, while the company's most cash-rich businesses and billionaires are largely are mainly in the New York, California, and the DC area. Since blacks are by far the poorest, most unemployed race in America, the federal government taxes the rich most heavily, and the South flipped Repbulican in 2000, this results in a net Blue-to-Red transfer. Those little blue dots in the Midwest (Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio) represent a very, very large number of blacks who migrated to Northern cities for manufacturing jobs in the first half of the 20th century. Then the Democrats stoked race riots in the 1960s, and the Republicans and Democrats worked together to destroy American industry in the 80s and 90s, so now they're largely shiftless layabouts on welfare.

People like blobert think of the South as being full of toothless whites, because that's what Hollywood shows them, but the reality of the matter is that the blackest state in the Union is (IIRC) Mississippi, not New York. Pretty much every map of "things that are good vs things that are bad" (poverty, illiteracy, STDs, etc) looks like this map:

I'm aware of subsidization in the United States (agriculturally speaking); this is to keep food prices low(er). This isn't so much "Blue states subsidize Red States" as it is "Blue States make sure poor people in ALL states don't have to pay too much for food" and Bob does not understand this.

Canada does not "subsidize" in the way US does. In Canada, food prices are going through the roof because there's supply managed boards for various agricultural products. Wheat used to be among them (you had to sell your wheat to the Wheat Board; a farmer went all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada because he was fucking arrested for trying to sell his OWN wheat to the United States without involving the damn Marketing Board). This resulted in the Conservatives under Harper getting rid of the Wheat Board. Now only poultry/eggs and milk/milk products are done this way; this keeps prices high for the farmer multi-million dollar dairy conglomerate cartels. Pierre Elliot Trudeau brought these things in, in 1972 (though he'd expressed support for such a thing since 1949, the dirty pinko). So instead, these stupid supply managed boards keep prices idiotically high, and there's no food stamps/EBT/Snap in Canada, so there's no relief for the impoverished. High tariffs on imports are also used to keep the supply controlled and prices high.

On top of that, there's a different form of subsidization, but it's not a "red states funded by blue states" situation AT ALL. Canada has an "equalization" formula whereby Federal tax dollars go to "Have-not" provinces, from "Have" provinces. And the closest thing we have to a "Red State", Alberta, is by no means a "Have-Not" province. Quebec is for all intents and purposes a Blue State, but it's HEAVILY subsidized by everybody else. Back in the 1990s when British Columbia was ruled by stupids (Orange NDP Lefty nutcases that only helped turn the economy to shit and did nothing to fix it), it was a "Blue State" that was a "Have-Not" province and was thus getting subsidized by everybody else.

"You see, friendo, the subsidized are not welfare recipients, but the obsolete useless farmers. We don't need them; we have self-driving cars and robots in the Soopeeryah Fyootchah that will make human farmers completely unnecessary. Surely machines can harvest enough for me to have an average amount of McDonald's for an average person." - Bob, probably

...excuse me?

Contemporary "Progressive" Americans built jack shit in the last fifty years and, if anything, are responsible for the rapid decay of the United States during that time. Look at the top 50 US cities when it comes to violent crime (assaults/robber/homicide) and I can bet you that at least 90% of them are run by progressive Democratic dynasties. They have had decades to solve or at least alleviate social ills that plague their cities, but they care more about impressing the other members of the country club about their banal musings about wealth inequality than they do about the 9-year-old in the projects who gets shot in a drive-by. Look at all of the aging infrastructure that is crumbling across the country. You monumental fuck-ups can't even maintain what your predecessors built and you want to tear all that down to build a "green future" based on rainbows, lollipops, and happy thoughts.

You have an exceptionally poor understanding of history for someone who believes that is on your side, Bob. The 20th century has provided us with plenty of examples of what happens when you tear down an existing system right down to the foundation. It allows monsters like Stalin and Mao to take advantage of the chaos and inflict untold horrors. Remember the Great Terror of the 1930s in the Soviet Union or the Holodomor? How about the Great Leap Forward or the Cultural Revolution in the China? Hell, that great bastion of conservative thought known as UCLA said that FDR's New Deal prolonged the Great Depression. Every single one of your side's ideas are the same destructive policies with new wrapping paper and a bow.

Fuck. What have you built throughout your entire career, Bob? Those Marvel films and Disney+ shows you drool over are basically comic stories written over a decade ago, chopped up, and thrown in a blender. Nothing about them is remotely original. I concede that the once-venerable Star Wars franchise took inspiration from serials and pulps like Flash Gordon, but they were only inspirations. Hollywood is literally cannibalizing itself because it would rather squeeze the desiccated corpses of once-beloved franchises for marginal profits rather than take a risk. You are a film critic, Bob. You are literally a parasitic entity that sucks the meager drops of life blood from an already dying industry. At least the farmer in Iowa or Kansas grows the corn and wheat that you stuff gaping maw with. At least the plumber, electrician, and carpenter in Bumfuck, Ohio can build a house. All you do is flap your gums over how brilliant Godzilla: King of the Monsters is without materially contributing to the industry you supposedly love.

The future belongs to those who actually show up. You and ilk are too busy sitting on your asses waiting for the next product the Mouse shits out.

A Ukraine-flaggot turns on Bobby.
This is a rethorical question, but how on Earth does this lardball retard say this horseshit without the smallest hint of irony and still claims to be an enlightened thinker and not a totalitarian maniac? He just demanded that people from different political backgrounds have their rights and livelihood taken away. The only sane political point in that entire sentence was the Church Taxation part, the rest was pure, unbrindled authoritarianism. And on the same breath he is still revolted about January 6th (which was an awful occurence, bear in mind) as it was a Fascist Plot. Clearly, Bob has no issue with tyranny as long as it's his kind of tyranny, and he openly calls for it!

Bob, look in the mirror when you say that.
The hilarity is he actually acknowledges it, to a degree. A guy created an account pretending to be his fan, acted all nice, and his first instinct was to call him out publicly and block him. Bob hates himself, knows his career is dead save for the few likeminded assholes that still give him money, and knows he is viscerally hated by many. All of this posturing, the narcissism, the dehumanizing rethoric and the decades long resentment against his former high school colleagues are just part of a bigger beast, one made out of his own self-hatred and the bottled up anger from decades. I'm certain that the memories of the many bridges he burned himself all the way to a career dead end still haunt him at night, only to be shut down by his own egotistical deliria taking over to keep himself "sane"!

Farming is subsidized heavily in the US. Or at least it was last time I was researching the topic which to be fair was like a decade ago. However, there's a difference between subsidy and what is essentially Food Stamps/WIC./Welfare. For example, subsidies can be for growing specific crops that have more demand, they can be for using your field as a buffer strip instead of growing something in it. It's an interesting topic, but to pretend farming subsidies are the blue states propping up red states is retarded. Both get plenty in farm subsidies and both have plenty of proponents for cutting those subsidies.

The low end of that list is absolutely devastating to Bob's "rewild everywhere non-essential with no REAL people living there" bullshit.

Is Blob negging Stewart while thirsting harder than a skeleton in the Sahara?

This might be the most pathetic thing Blob has ever posted.
Stewart's outfit looks fine. Bob has dressed like Captain N, and in many other fashion catastrophes. And has posed pictures taken in them, thinking he looked good. All the windows in his glass house are broken.

A Ukraine-flaggot turns on Bobby.

The flaggot makes a really, really good point. Bob is so reprehensible that you could make a solid case for him being a plant to make the left look bad ... except I can't imagine even the crudest, dumbest, most ill-conceived plant being this odious. It's just his natural personality.

Hell, even I, as unregenerate a right wing troglodyte as you can find, think it's unfair to use Bob as a lens to examine the left. Yeah, he says a lot of stuff out loud they'd prefer to keep quiet, but I struggle to recall a serious leftwing thinker who called for entire swathes of the country to be exterminated, with the exception of fucking terrorists.

Considering Bob thinks sending dick pics is just harmless flirting, I'm unsurprised that he would think negging is going to get him laid. He gets to hate on women and get his dick wet... he hopes.

I went to check Bob's timeline to see his hot take on the latest school shooting and was greeted with a guy saying saying it's just a joke isn't a defense.

The tweet is from 2019 and I have no idea how or why Bob drug it up today. I will give Bob this, he's more or less abandoned telling people calling him out "uhg you just don't get humor" and is just directly saying that people groups need to be removed from society.
