His analysis is dumb as hell and it reak of "STOP LIKING NOLAN!!!!" that have been part of his schtick since 2010 I think. He should also learn "less is more" because that blog post was too long and too shitty.

It's commonly accepted that Avatar was the blockbuster with no footprint. His analysis is lazy, with him saying that Batman became dark in the mid-80s, forgetting that he was always intended to be a more gothic, haunting figure since the 30s, has it out for Nolan, thinks nitpicking or not explaining counts as valid criticism and has his usual SJW shoehorns with "old, white men" and criticizing the "implicit thumbs up to Cheney-era doctrine." This seems like a usual Bob piece.

Is petty, misguided teenage rebellion seriously how he views his parents? I don't agree with my parents on everything, but I love them nonetheless. I want to imagine they're willing to love him, but he's so far gone that it's not worth it, hence incidents like him playing vidya in the car and him blaming them by proxy for his diabetes.
